Great location next to Kierland! Unit was spacious, well stocked kitchen, storage space and laundry, 2 king sized beds, and we loved the pool overlooking the golf course.

Great spot..

This is a great central spot in Scottsdale where you can walk to numerous places however trying to get back into the property is rough.

Thank you for the review! Unfortunately your request to take our private parking spot early and during the Phoenix Open had to be denied. Our previous guest was still entitled to that spot up to their check out and the cleaners need that spot to park. We are disheartened to see you give us 4 stars for this reason. Amazing stay in Scottsdale

From start to finish.. this property owner was awesome… great communication, location is fantastic.. minutes from anything you are looking for.. property was clean, very well kept and stocked very well.. the layout is tremendous with the two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms.. i would highly recommend you check this location out.. i will definitely be staying here again when i visit scottsdale..

Disappointed in the lack of accommodation when our flight was delayed. I have used VBRO several times and with Vrbo assistance accommodation can usually be achieved. This property manager would not even discuss. For this reason I would use another property manager such as Vacasa whom I have used previously. More to this property overall, the bed are very comfortable and shower is great . Cleaning could be improved as towels and rugs remained in dryer upon our arrival. This is not a huge issue but attention to detail in this area lacked while upholding the most stringent position on contract adjustment was specifically attuned to detail. Only use this property if you do not need accommodations after contract execution.

Hi Mark — thank you for your stay and for your feedback. We’re glad you found the bed comfortable and enjoyed the shower. A few clarifications for future travelers: Flight delay / accommodations: Your review references a flight delay and lack of accommodation. We were not notified of any flight delay or request for an adjustment in the Vrbo message thread during the reservation, so we had no opportunity to discuss options in real time. Clean towels/linens: Prior to arrival, we proactively messaged that a small load of clean towels and a few items were still finishing in the dryer due to dampness. In short-term rentals, turnovers can run tight when a previous guest leaves the home in unexpectedly poor condition; our priority is having the unit fully cleaned and ready on time. We’ve reinforced with our team that items should be fully put away whenever possible. Relocation expectations: We manage individual privately owned homes — we’re not a hotel with multiple vacant rooms on-site, so we can’t simply “move rooms” unless another unit is genuinely available. We take guest experience seriously and are proud of our responsiveness. While we respect that guests rate differently, we do feel the rating isn’t reflective of the support provided or the breadth of amenities offered. We also encourage travelers to choose the platform/management company that best fits their needs, even if its not with Palacio Properties.

Hi Colleen — thank you for staying with us. For clarity for future guests: our standard check-in is 4:00 PM (and check-out is 11:00 AM). We’re sometimes able to accommodate early check-in, but when we have back-to-back reservations we need that full window to ensure a proper turnover and a clean, ready home. We were not able to accomodate this for this booking. Regarding sleeping arrangements, the home includes enough beds and a sleeper sofa and setup exactly as listed, and while we’re happy to help however we can, we don’t provide additional beds or air mattresses in this unit. Thanks again for choosing us — we’d love to host you again!
