Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We live in the Northern Midwest where winters can be VERY harsh. I have medical conditions that make the cold affect me negatively so I go towards the warmth. The apartment in St Pete Beach is in a perfect location with easy access to beaches, dining, entertainment, shopping & the airports so we don’t even have to rent a car & most of those places we can walk to! We’ve stayed there the last 2 years in March and really have no reason to look for any place else!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy with the condo, but wish there was a deck or somewhere to sit outside. It looked as if there was a deck off the bedroom and there wasn’t. We had gotten there in March and many things were cancelling and then the beaches closed, and there was no pool. So we decided to get out before the pandemic got worse. We lost out on $1000 we only had 2/3s of our vacation. I really think we are due a refund.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Half of the lights in the kitchen were out. Shower needs to be regrouted. spare linen in closet does not fit the bed. Alot of noise from the street. Overall it is a nice unit and we are renting it in march 2023.
