Unit 103 features a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and intracoastal waterway. Condo features fully equipped kitchen, spacious oceanfront living room and dining area. Primary bedroom offers king bed, large bath with walk in shower, Garden tub, and his and her double vanity. Second bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. Bedroom three has 2 twin beds and is across from large guest bath with tub and shower.

Sanibel is located right next to the "traffic free beach" where a few steps away you will not have any cars driving by while you are enjoying the sun.

Take a stroll down the beach to Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant for cocktails over the ocean and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner,
or visit one of the many waterfront restaurants nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and a one hour drive to Historic St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, and all major theme parks.

Building amenities include sparkling oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub,
gym, and club room with pool table

Secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car per unit. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 Car Max per unit

Sorry the Sanibel building has a no pet policy

Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building.

Great condo & location

Overall the property was great and exactly as pictured. Not my tastes as far as decorating, but spacious and clean (except for the moldy coffee filter still in the coffee maker) with ample beach and bath towels and pots/pans/cooking utensils. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and ocean front location. I would have given it a 4.5 if possible, but just didn't feel like I could give it a full 5 stars due to the parking. While having the 1 guaranteed spot underground was great, we were in Daytona to visit my sister and her family and it became difficult for them to come visit us because there were not spots available in the surface lot at times or any visitor parking. Not a huge issue since we mostly went to their place, but it was an inconvenience. The check in and out process was easy, just down the street at the realty office.

The actual unit is beautiful the only thing missing was a blender otherwise well stocked. The condo was very packed and I was not happy with the parking situation for our second vehicle. When you have a three bedroom unit with 5 adults it is no feasible to have only one assigned parking. For that reason I do not think I will rent this unit again.

Perfect Property for our family

Great property, great views, very secure building. Has all the comforts of home. Comfortable beds and good size rooms. Loved that it had 3 full bathrooms! We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful Condo!

Very nice, spacious condo. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need! Extremely clean and location was great, outside the crowded area, but close to everything!
