Newly renovated beautiful apartment in the heart of Edgartown. Full kitchen with brand new appliances, hardwood floors and cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect getaway location.
The apartment is located right on the bike path with off street parking. Located above a quaint little fly fishing shop and is quiet in the mornings and evenings.

It is less than a 10 minute walk to historic downtown Edgartown with restaurants closer. The grocery store is located less than 5 minutes by foot. Edgartown is full of amazing restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, bars, lighthouse and beach.

Very well located and affordable. Loved that that two bus lines went directly to Oak Bluffs and downtown Edgartown. Enough room for my son and I to have our own space.

Very clean rental! It was in a great spot for those who do not have a car. The bike rentals were 2 doors down and we were able to rent bikes to hit up other parts of the island. Kitchen was surprisingly stocked to make food even though we didn’t use it. Bed was a little too soft for my liking. Wish the shower had a shelf to put my toiletries in.

Very Cute and Excellent Location

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Short walking distance to downtown Edgartown, parade, fireworks, shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Place was as described, cute, clean and parking was great.

Great trip!

The apartment is in a great location for walking into Edgartown and the near by grocery. It was perfect for the four of us. We enjoyed our stay! Great mother-daughter week!

Just a quick stay... but the location was great. Just a 10 min walk to Edgartown. We did have a car but the weather was so perfect we walked. Bed was comfortable. Many great restaurants close- We loved Rockfish!

Zero communication from the host and almost no lighting in the place. I contemplated whether or not to purchase lightbulbs but that’s not my job. I messaged a total of 4 times: once 2 months in advance to ask for restaurant recommendations which isn’t a big deal, once the day of checkin because I didn’t receive any checkin info in the app but I did eventually find one email from 3 days prior so we were able to enter, once when we entered and saw that only 2 of the decorative 3 lights over the counter had bulbs (no lamp at all in the entrance of dining area) and none of the lights in the TV area worked, and once at checkout because we received no check out instructions but we made our best guess. We eventually got half the bulbs in the TV area to work if we balanced the knob just right. All that being said, the location was great, but this place was on the expensive side and had zero amenities: virtually no lights, not a single hand towel in the place, “recently redone” but the furniture and cabinets are ancient and the toilet tilts to one side. They could have redeemed themselves with a single response. This place is above a fishing store and the guy that works there said he doesn’t deal with the apartment.

Great Stay!

We loved our long weekend stay at this property. Great location (car rental shop on one side, bike rentals the other, convienence store across street, Stop and Shop and a liquor store down the road and plenty of restaurants) with the heart of Edgartown a short walk away. Host were easy to work with and we hope to return!

Condo is in a great location. It’s right on the bus line and near grocery store and nice restaurants. Great for those that don’t bring a car over. Not overly priced and it is comfortable.

All was great and it was the perfect landing spot for my trip. Only feedback I have is the light out back was really dim or out in general so it was dark at night and the mini split didn’t seem to cooperate with changes. Overall it was fine because I wasn’t there much other than to sleep and get ready for my day but wanted to provide that feedback. Thanks so much!

Great Location. .

This property is new and very clean. It is located walking distance to Edgartown Center and Grocery Store. Short drive to South Beach. It is on a busy St and the only draw back is the traffic is loud in the AM. If your an early riser this is not an issue. The owner has been very helpful and always answered my questions promptly. We would def rent again here.

Great location and cute apartment

We were in town for a weeding and found the location to be super convenient. The apartment is great for a couple. My only recommendation would be for the apartment to have a full body mirror ($20 mirror from Walmart) especially when getting ready for a wedding. The only mirror is in the bathroom. Other than that great spot and stay.

Vineyard escape

The place is just as the picture shows. Definitely on the smaller side, but comfortable for a family of four with two young children. The location could not be better! You are in walking distance of a Stop & Shop, bike rental, car rental, restaurants, and downtown Edgartown. Right on the bike path. The place could have been stocked with towels and more kitchen supplies.

Great escape!

This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway for three moms before the summer craziness with kids begins! Perfect location, cozy and well appointed, prompt communication with the owner and ample parking which you can’t take for granted in Edgartown. We brought linens just in case…which we did need for the pullout couch as they weren’t provided. FYI. Gem of a place! Would definitely return!

Better choices can be made

First the positives....the host was great to communicate with and responsive. Furthermore, the check in/out process was really easy. Additionally water pressure in shower was great. On the downside the place was overpriced when I compare it to what our friends paid for rooms at inns nearby. The furniture was wet from what I assume was a prior occupant leaving the windows open when it rained; the bed needs to be upgraded and the entrance from the rear of the building leaves a lot to be desired. My guess is if you are in your 20's or 30's this place is fine but if you typically stay at nice places the current in place rating is too high.
