The location is absolutely perfect! I did reach out for rental next year however the owner has been unresponsive. Apart from that my stay was very pleasant! I would recommend it to anyone who plans to visit Oak Bluffs!

Great location.Apartment could have been better equipped. (Ex- no wash clothes, 2 towels for 2 people for 8days,”, no dish towels, insufficient silverware and knives, no can opener, one tiny frying pan etc. Living room had a tv with split screen, needed coffee table , some recessed lights were out - just a lot of little things that should be checked before guests arrive. BUT if I had to rate it overall it would be a 4.8 out of five

Best Possible Location

Fantastic location right on the water and just steps to the ferry and shops and restaurants. Balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing! Would definitely return if we’re in Martha’s Vineyard again.

Martha's Getaway

Great spot with onsite Laundry and plenty of space. The location could not be better walking distance to all ferries and taxis. Perfect place for Beach Roach Weekend.

Newly renovated property perfectly situated near ferry and restaurants with water views and beach just across the street. Beautiful big windows, comfortable beds/bedding, new everything. Walls are a bit thin so we could hear neighboring guests but not a problem. A great rental in a wonderful little island town.

Lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the water. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Despite the busyness of the area, the apartment was quiet. We did need to provide our own shampoo and body wash. The host was responsive to our questions.

Bring towels. The unit is clean but sparse.

The unit is clean and conveniently located with a nice view of the ocean. Convenient for a short last minute stay.There were no towels whatsoever - make sure you bring some if you'd like to shower.Expect some street noise due to proximity to the bar next door (which has great food).

Great stay

Great apartment. Great location. Bigger than I expected. All new appliances. Clean. Very minimal furnishing (no side tables or coffee table in the living room) We loved our stay here and plan to stay again.
