Impeccable 3rd Floor Ocean VIEWS! Pool and Pier Access!

This lovely third floor condo has the best views in the community. See all the way to the Morris Island lighthouse from the balcony and Wild Dunes from the front door. Just steps from the beach, private fishing pier, Isle of Palms County Park, and pool.

The condo has been updated with laminate flooring and tasteful beach decor. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you'll need to whip up a delicious meal.

The cozy bedroom, typical to the Sea Cabins, has a queen size bed and full bathroom access. The hallway includes two cot-style bunk beds, which makes a fun sleeping spot for the kids! There is a queen-sized sofa bed, if needed.

Located in the heart of IOP Front Beach, just steps away from many local shops & restaurants, the Sea Cabins are the perfect place for a family get-a-way or romantic vacation.

15 night trip to celebrate retirement.The floors appeared clean of debris but blackened our socks. We mopped the floors. Awakened by a nocturnal rodent running/clawing in the bedroom ceiling. The PM visited 2 days later. The PM stated he had no means to open the ceiling nor inspect the roof. The PM believed the rodent was a marsh rat. The PM offered us 1K to stay or vacate and receive a refund for unused nights. No other comparable properties available, everything was booked, had to stay. The rodent continued to visit.Found mouse droppings in the kitchen. Sweetwater placed rat traps to catch a mouse. Mouse droppings again. We bought and placed mouse traps and caught it. During Day 10 a loud humming noise was coming through the bedroom ceiling. The 3 second hum occurs exactly every 2 minutes. Ear plugs did not help. Continued every day. Sweetwater said this was out of their hands and had to wait on Regime. On day 13 I an HVAC repairman in another unit listened to the noise. He said it’s a bad compressor startup capacitor from a unit on the roof. I relayed this to Sweetwater. They finally responded on our checkout day that the only equipment above our unit is air conditioners from multiple units. No kidding. Someone could have identified which unit was faulty and shut it down. This has been the worst VRBO experience in 20 years. I do not recommend anybody do business with Sweetgrass or stay in the Sea Cabin condo building

Clean and Comfortable

I really enjoyed staying at the Sea Cabin. The furnishings were comfortable, and the place was clean. The view was very nice and the pier was a great place to sit in the evenings.

Pleasant Stay

Overall the property met our needs. We were very pleased with the view of the ocean from the deck. The internet was down one evening. The bedroom is small but adequate. There are some minor repairs required in the bathroom. Some of the floor tiles are raised and the towel rack near the shower is coming away from the wall. We were able to climb the stairs but it could’ve a challenge for some

Nice location

Great view of the beach and very good location. The stairs to the 3rd floor were hard but the top floor is best view. Our stay was affected by the cold weather which was unexpected - of course, the host could not control that ;-)

Great views!

The view from the balcony was perfect! The area was safe and had all kinds of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! The condo itself could use a little TLC.
