Welcome to Sea Cabins, you came here to relax and enjoy the good life by the sea and our first floor end unit #132, just 7 steps will certainly help you accomplish these objectives without a lot of steps to wear you out. Save your energy to walk the beautiful beach or fish from the pier that is private to Sea Cabin guests.

Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee on your furnished balcony. The view of the ocean from here is great and the rhythmic sound of the sea and breeze off the ocean may tempt you to want to enjoy lunch and dinner from here as well. However, if you do want to get out, no problem, the condo is located in the heart of the recently renovated downtown Isle of Palms shopping, restaurant and entertainment area.

There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and two built in bunk beds (great for the children) directly across from the master bedroom. Linens and towels are provided, beds are made upon your arrival and departure cleaning is provided.

The beach is simply seven steps down and a short walk from your condo. The condo also features a large oceanfront pool with a lot of decking for sunbathing by the beach. There is also a nice grilling area for your outdoor cooking. If sightseeing is on your agenda, you are only a few miles to Sullivans Island and Fort Moultrie or just 13 miles to the historic District of downtown Charleston.

You are also within minutes of Cape Romaine Wildlife Refuge, USS Yorktown(...as seen on Scy. Fy. Ghost Hunters...) and Bulls Island. We have not even considered yet the many fine golf courses in the area. The activities and fine restaurants abound. About Tom McMillan

We both grew up in South Carolina and always vacationed at the South Carolina beaches. We currently reside in the low country area and purchased our condo for our family and rental guests. Now that we have several grandchildren, we enjoy taking them to the beach so they can have the same experiences we had.

We think the Isle of Palms, Mt Pleasant, and Charleston are ideal places for a great vacation. Charleston was recently voted the #1 Tourist Destination in the United States by Travel Magazine. This area is great for spending quality time with family and friends. There is something here for everyone.

What makes this villa unique

We enjoy the pool, the peacefulness of the ocean. Our adult children and grandchildren, of course, enjoy the sand and surf.

Quick getaway to Isle of Palms

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Tom but we received a very quick responses and he provided answers to all of our questions. We used Tom’s recommendation for a local shrimper (Geechie Seafood in Mt. Pleasant) and we were not disappointed. The shrimps were the freshest shrimps we ever got.

We enjoyed our short stay at the condo. The unit was dated but everything was clean and in working order, and kitchen contained more than enough utensils for the family of four. The balcony was quite large and had a little view of the ocean. Condo is conveniently located (in walking distance) to shops, restaurants and grocery store. It is also a short drive to Charleston, SC.

The pool was open and clean but it was a bit nippy to take a swim.

Please note the washer and dryer is in the building by the pool on the 2nd floor (coin operated).

We would definitely return to the Isle of Palms and stay again at Tom’s condo.

Perfect spot to everything at Isle of Palms!

The place was super cute, had everything we needed, we walked a few steps and there was the pool., walked a few steps and there was the beach. It was very family oriented and the places to shop and eat we're great. We would definitely recommend!

Well-appointed, simple clean condo in great area!!

We went to Isle of Palms for the total eclipse, and had a blast. This condo is located just steps from the beach. The complex has a nice pool and several charcoal grills. The condo is very small, but well-appointed with dishes and cooking utensils. It's just down the street from several bars, restaurants and shops. We drove into Charleston on Sunday, attended church at beautiful 200-year-old St. John's Cathedral and had brunch at Henrietta's--Yum!. Be sure to hit Early Bird Diner on the way out of Charleston!!

This condo is a great find. It's perfect for a couple or small family. Fully stocked kitchen, easy access to the beach, pool, shopping and food. Parking right in front of the first floor unit. Tom was an awesome landlord. Very good communication and made the whole experience easy. We will be back !!
