This vacation rental is a 2 BR / 2 BA condo (2nd floor unit) that is conveniently located across a quiet street from the ocean; near shopping, restaurants, & grocery store. If internet speed is important to you, I offer high speed (broadband) internet with 25 Mbps. Compare that to what others offer.

Also, this condo is very nicely decorated and expertly maintained. A fishing pier & onsite community swimming pool are available for our guests.

The condo is suitable for a small family or 2 to 3 couples; bedding includes 1 twin and 2 queen beds plus a queen sleeper sofa. This unit has its own private balcony and is equipped with modern appliances including TV, DVD player, small compact stereo, microwave oven, blender, alarm clock, hairdryer, coffee maker, etc. The telephone offers toll free calling throughout the US. We have broadband internet (25 MBPS) with WiFi. There is off street parking for my guests. A coin laundromat is one block away from the condo.

Property was very clean. Convenient location to both beach & downtown Charleston. Master bed was very comfortable. Property owner was wonderful to work with. My family and I have been coming to Isle of Palms for many years and have stayed at several units at Ocean Side Villas, this has been our favorite unit.

Great place to vacation

The Isle of Palms Villa was a very clean and comfortable condo. The kitchen was fully equiped with appliances, dishes and utensils. This was very important as we stayed four weeks. The location was within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and Charleston was only a short drive away. Other sightseeing venues are only short distances away. We totally enjoyed our stay, and are looking forward our next vacation there.

Wonderful place

Wonderful week!

My family had a great week in Isle of Palms doing the beach and watching baseball. This condo was just the right size and just close enough to enjoy all that was offered in the area. Easy to locate and all of the amenities advertised were there. We cooked up a storm all week since the grocery store was just around the corner which saved us money from eating out all the time. We are looking into the future to schedule another vacation at this location. Book now or forever hold your peace..!!!
