This vacation rental is a 2 BR / 2 BA condo (2nd floor unit) that is conveniently located across a quiet street from the ocean; near shopping, restaurants, & grocery store. If internet speed is important to you, I offer high speed (broadband) internet with 25 Mbps. Compare that to what others offer.

Also, this condo is very nicely decorated and expertly maintained. A fishing pier & onsite community swimming pool are available for our guests.

The condo is suitable for a small family or 2 to 3 couples; bedding includes 1 twin and 2 queen beds plus a queen sleeper sofa. This unit has its own private balcony and is equipped with modern appliances including TV, DVD player, small compact stereo, microwave oven, blender, alarm clock, hairdryer, coffee maker, etc. The telephone offers toll free calling throughout the US. We have broadband internet (25 MBPS) with WiFi. There is off street parking for my guests. A coin laundromat is one block away from the condo.

Had a nice stay!

Property was a little dated, but in a Great location. Beds were uncomfortable, kitchen well equipped including coffee maker, we understood that parking would be available for ourselves & other guests, but were only provided one parking pass - worried about cars being towed.

Good, but not great.

The condo was nice, but not in the building I thought it was in. Going off of one of the pictures, I thought it was the building closest to the ocean, that isn't the case. You also only get one parking pass so one of us had to pay to park in the lot beside the buildings, even though there was plenty of empty spaces every night in the parking lot. That tacked on an extra $38 for the 4 days we were there. I know it's only $38, but with the cost of the condo, that put us close to $1000 for the weekend. We'll definitely pursue other options for next year's Bridge Run and break the 4 year streak at the Oceanside Villas.

Spring Break Relaxation

This year instead of the Gulf Coast we planned to visit my nephew in N.Charleston. He's a student at the Art Institute of Charleston so we wanted to be close to downtown but near the beach. We found paradise!

Ocean Isle is a lovely island that is easy to access. It didn't have a tourist feel but it's definitely a destination for the young and old alike. Walking distance to the beach, dining and shopping. The condo unit was well stocked with all the dishware, pots, pans and WiFi. We enjoyed cooking breakfast everyday, walking to the beach or just sitting on our deck. Comfy beds, great water pressure and full size appliances.

I suggest this location for couples or a small family. We took Sullivan Island via Mt Pleasant to downtown Charleston to enjoy the sites. Gorgeous homes, boats and seafood restaurants to explore. This time of year was quite breezy & chilly but in the sun it's warm. We'll definitely be back! Thanks Richard M.😆

the property is located close to the beach and the shore shops. It is older and shows its age, but is well cared for and well supplied. I would love to stay there again, and would recommend it to any of my friends.

Great condo!!!!

We had an excellent time while staying at the Morris Family Condo!! Yes, the condo itself is dated but everything inside is so well maintained. I liked that we had actual couches to sit on and not the super uncomfortable wicker furniture you so often find in beach homes/condos. The beds were super comfy too. We had absolutely no problems while we were there. I even used the internet to work half the day on Friday and had no issues!! (UGH, working while at the beach....so sad!!) The condo is in a great location, right at the end of the main strip so everything is within walking distance, which was so nice!!! There were no loud partying neighbors or anything like that. In fact, everyone we encountered were wonderful people. The beach and pier access are super easy to get to (right across the street). The only thing I would suggest adding is a few pieces of plastic containers for leftovers. We did cook some while we were there and made do with what we had but it would be a nice addition. We will definitely stay here again!!!
