The Barn is an outstanding detached barn conversion set in a stunning rural location, 2.5 miles from Morfa Bychan in North Wales. With four bedrooms, one double with Juliette balcony, one twin, one ground floor double plus one ground floor twin, this cottage can sleep eight people. The cottage also includes a bathroom, a ground floor shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is a shared external play room plus shared gardens with BBQ and furniture. The Barn offer friends and families a wonderful luxury retreat from which to discover the beautiful beaches of North Wales and the Snowdonia National Park.
Amenities: Oil central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor and multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 5 TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Additional fuel on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned gardens with patio, furniture and BBQ. Shared external games room with pool table and table football. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 1.2 miles. Note: Three steps down to ground floor bedrooms.
