Wonderful Lake Ozark Location, Top Floor Condo, Panoramic Main Channel View at the 1 mile marker, Close to Bagnall Dam Entertainment, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, Cathedral Ceilings in Living Room & Master Bedroom, Easy Walk to the Pool. 2nd Bedroom has Queen Bed and attached Bath.

Our property is Smoke Free & Pet Free. Our minimum age for rental is 25 years old. Check in at 3pm check out is 11am unless otherwise arranged. I have a 28ft. boat slip which is available for an extra $30 per night for the length of your stay.

Beautiful views and great location

Clean property. Spacious condo with amazing views of the lake. Close to everything we wanted to do. Very nice pool!

Ac was out the first night there. Sheets were stained. A pair of socks were left in one of the bedrooms when we got there, so made me already think it wasn’t cleaned good.

Awesome condo and view

Only complaint we have, would be the HOA has a LOT of rules that you don’t know about. They must live close to this rental.

Great view!

It was very easy to make the reservation and get checked in. The condo is on the top floor so great views. With that view comes a LONG flight of stairs to get to the dock. If you have someone who is no mobile the stairs can be a problem. If not then you get great exercise going to and from the dock. The pool area was great and very close. There were two parking passes and plenty of pool passes. The condo complex is older, but for the price it is an excellent value. No complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this place to friends. Alan was great to deal with.

Spectacular View

We were looking for a nice place with amazing views close to things to do and this was an excellent choice! Bagnell Dam has within view and short drive with a lot of action on Bagnell Blvd. Would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend getaway to the lake of the ozarks

Alan's property was perfect for a relaxing weekend to the Lake of the Ozarks. Conveniently located near the Bagnell Dam around mile marker 2, the penthouse views are amazing at sundown. You can see the whole channel! Alan was very communicative with details around check-in and we really enjoyed our stay!
