Take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen with upscale blue Corian countertops and stainless-steel appliances with a beautifully-tiled white backsplash that will make cooking a breeze. Then, the entire group can wind down and have a great time in the living area while watching TV or a movie from the DVD collection on the flatscreen TV. Enjoy a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer combination, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The balcony offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze and partial Gulf views; it also comes equipped with an outdoor dining area to spice up your meals. Make sure to visit the shared outdoor pool for a refreshing time, or the shared firepit.

With a prime location that will put you less than 100 feet away from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Amalfi Coast A305 is every beachgoer's dream come true! If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Things to know:
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.
The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.

Family Vacation

We loved the view and quick access to the beach. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms was a plus for our 6 adults and one child family. Thank you for allowing us to stay 4 nights instead of the 7 night minimum that other condos in this resort requires. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views and amenities

Amenities and views were great and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great except some appliances were not working or not operating properly. Also the “starter” supply was no where near enough for 8 guests staying 5 nights. We had to go out for additional supplies since the company was not willing to at least resupply even though they knew it was not enough. That’s the reason for the 4 stars. Other than this it was great.

Perfect vacation rental!

I absolutely loved this rental!! The views of the water are great and so was the location!! Short walk to the beach! The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows (which is a bonus!) I will be staying there again in the future!! Another nice bonus is they have luggage carts and grocery carts for taking your stuff to the room!!

Spring break

Wonderful location. Met on site maintenance in parking lot and they were extremely nice. Helped immediately with a thermostat issue that ended up being our user error.

Overall we had a good stay. We've stayed at other condos on this property and have always loved the pools and how close you are to the beach. However, I would not recommend this particular condo, A305. It's grungy and really outdated.

Rough Start

Checked in to one of the beds not having any linens. There were also no extra linens for us to put on the bed ourselves. Called the customer service number and was told we would have somebody bring us a set ASAP. Received a call over 2 hours later saying there wasn’t anybody in the area that could help us out until the next morning. Finally around lunch the next day we had sheets for the bed. Sliding glass door did not shut completely. Main door frame was coming off so there was no secure lock for any exit door. Floors had spots on them and looked like they had not been mopped. The master bedroom bed has loose rails and one of the top pieces almost fell on 2 of my children. You could see where it somebody had tried to “fix” each one with glue. The shower door was about to come off the track and so was the screen door to the balcony. I was also under the impression that 2 marked parking spots were available per rental. There was only one marked cover spot per rental and the other vehicle would have to park outside which wasn’t a big issue, just should have been stated. No parking passes were left in the rental either. We had to call about that and told to write info down on a piece of paper and put it on our windshield to prevent us from being towed until they were able to get us some.

Very nice condo but some disappointments

We have stayed in this unit several times. It's very spacious and comfortable for a large family. The problem we had this time was that the refrigerator wasn't working when we arrived. The manager let us use a fridge in another vacant unit, but this was an inconvenience. They later sent another one to use and placed it in the living room. This just put a damper on our trip. Also, the access bridge to the beach was under construction, and we had to walk about 1/4 mile to another crossing at a different condo. Another inconvenience. We really should be given a partial refund for our stay. I don't think I will book a rental through Vacasa again.

Not the greatest Vaca

Access to the beach was obstructed by construction. We either had to walk 20 minutes or drive to get to the beach. This was not disclosed to us. Or if there was a quicker or easier way to get to the beach. We had our 78 yr old great grandmother with us, as well as two toddlers and a pregnant lady. We chose Amalfi because we thought we would have easy access to the beach. The fridge didn't cool properly. We had a good bit of food we had to discard. The shower in the MB fell out. FELL OUT INTO THE SHOWER WHEN A CHILD TRIED TO EXIT IT. Maintenance did try to fix it. But it came off the bottom track again. We could not use it our entire stay. We were locked out of our unit the second day for two hours. The battery died in the keypad. The lady who came and fixed the lock was EXTREMELY NICE and helpful. The remotes for the TVs in the MB and LR were horrible to operate. I don't know if it was the batteries or what. The toddlers were cranky that they could not watch Cocomelon and Moana.

Nice Condo, great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was fabulous. The condo was very nice and met our group of 9 needs very well. Would have been nice to not have to worry about getting more dishwashing soap and laundry detergent in the room for an expected 5 days of 9 people (only had 2 pods of each). Otherwise we loved the place and would absolutely stay here again.

A great location to be with family

As soon as we walked in we loved everything about the resort. The view was amazing! and literally walking distance from the beach. The pools were never over crowded. The location itself was great, no complaints. The one thing i will say was kind of a disappointment was that we were expecting for one of the couches in the living room to have a futon, just as it was described on the description prior to booking, but there was not. But overall, my family and I were very pleased with our stay. Any questions or concerns, Vacasa was quick to respond and very helpful. We would love to stay here again if we were to go back to Florida.

New couch smell was horrible

First impressions were pretty good. The views were great. The condo was spacious. The full size washer and dryer in it’s own laundry room was great. Our feet were immediately black from dirty floors/carpet. We were notified Sunday night (the night we checked in) that they would be taking out the existing couches by one crew and having a new couch brought in later in the day. The property manager called apologizing for the inconvenience and said we would be compensated for it. We understood that times are different and you have to take what you can get. We were without couches for about 1/2 hour before leaving and came back in the evening to a new, beautiful sectional with a horrible chemical smell. We tried to open up the place and turn on the fan but it didn’t go away. I got a migraine and after the second day, I answered an email from Vacasa asking if there was anything else that could be done. The property manager contacted me later and offered to have another person come into the unit with an ozone machine. Instead of that, someone said there was a great spray that takes away odors. After that, the room smelled like someone spilled sweet and sour sauce and never cleaned it up. I let Vacasa know and did not get any response. I came home from vacation and checked my credit card statement and did not get any type of reimbursement, which was offered initially before the horrible smell.
