This central Poipu location offers ocean, golf course, and mountain views and is within walking distance to additional dining, shopping, and entertainment at Poipu Shopping Village and a short distance to world famous Poipu Beach.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

We loved our stay. The condo was very clean and we loved the big square bar in the kitchen because we cooked a lot of our meals there. The location was great. Close to Poipu beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

A great place to vacation!

We had a blast in Kauai and this condo was the perfect place to rest and relax while we were there. It was large, clean and very nicely decorated. Our kids had a blast at the pool and my wife and I enjoyed the fitness center. Would love to stay there again in the future!

Clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Provided cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas which was nice, we used everyday. Not really walking distance to beach with all the chairs/coolers, so you will need transportation if you stay here. Loved sitting on lanai for coffee and breakfast. Very quiet area, I never heard a peep from any neighbors.

From the beginning, the communication was excellent with the property manager. The VRBO was beautiful and very inviting upon arrival. They had an extremely well-equipped kitchen and all the beach supplies we could have asked for. Liked the location. Everything met or exceeded our expectations! Great place for a large group to gather!

Kawaii family vacation

The property was very nice and the family enjoyed the condo and location. The room air conditioners were noisy. They kept the rooms cool except for the one in the living room. my wife fell on the last step of the stairs, where the line is painted. Yellow is kind of faded. It should be repainted. All in all the condo was very nice.

Nice condo and location

This condo was very nicely decorated, very clean and spacious. We loved sitting out on the balcony listening to the rooster and enjoying the fresh air. Very close to beaches, stores and restaurants. The reserved parking spot for this condo is not very convenient to load and unload things, and if you have more than 1 car, parking can become tricky as there is limited "guest" spaces around the condo. There was a very nice, clean pool, but this condo is pretty much the furthest from it and again it was tricky finding a spot to park.

Best VRBO so far...this place has EVERYTHING!

The location is perfect! The condo is absolutely beautiful. The furniture is high quality and sturdy, the kitchen is beyond stocked, they even provide sandwich bags, beach bags, beach towels, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Every time we opened a cabinet we were like "oh, they have that too!" The condo was very clean. It was perfect for our trip. There are smart TVs so you can watch your own Amazon Prime and Netflix. The plus is there is air conditioning. The only con was that the AC will only stay on for 2 hours at a time. You have to restart it every two hours. For us northerners from a dry climate, we couldn't sleep very well, so one of us got up to restart the air every two hours. Luckily there were 6 of us so we could take turns. During the day when we were gone, it was great that it shut off and didn't waste electricity. Even with the AC situation, I'd for sure stay here again. It was worth it!

Perfect Oasis!

Our family (2 adults, 3 college/high school aged daughters) absolutely loved this property! Our check in instructions were clear and easy. The property was so spacious, beautifully and comfortably decorated, and made us feel right at home. The kitchen was very well equipped and made it easy to prepare our morning coffee/breakfasts before heading out to explore beautiful Kauai! The location on the island was perfect--we loved how close it was to Poipu Beach and several good restaurants and also nice for heading out in all directions of the island. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs there for us to use and the comfortable lanai for our morning coffee with the friendly clucking of chickens down below. We were sad to leave and so happy we discovered this beautiful property and hope to return again soon!

Great place to stay

My wife and I shared the home with two other couples. Home was perfect. Each couple had their own bathroom which was a big plus. Room with two twins converts to king if you ask them to set it up that way. Home was very clean and beautifully furnished/decorated. Home had all needed supplies and kitchen was well equipped. Also had a good assortment of beach gear for use. Complex was very nice, quiet, and well maintained. Within walking distance to a few good restaurants and coffee - though enjoying Kauai coffee in the provided coffee maker on the patio each morning was so enjoyable, there was no need to get it somewhere else. We would definitely rent this home again

Beautiful condo close to the beach

This property was perfect for our 7 people. Close enough to walk to Kiahuna Beach and several restaurants. Many other shops and restaurants close. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for families! Very quiet neighborhood, plenty of guest parking too. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Peaceful with a little rooster on the side.

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. It looked exactly as the pictures shown. Our family had plenty of room. Every morning we would sit out under the covered patio, drink our coffee and watch the sunrise or beautiful rainbows. Then watch the roosters and chickens feed below us. We enjoyed our trip to your wonderful island of Kauai.

Large space and quiet (other than roosters!)

This 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen had everything you may need for cooking (the knives were a bit dull though). The master bed was sooo comfortable. Most beds are too hard. The bedding, towels, and soaps were all nice quality. This is a second floor unit. There were beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and sand toys for use which was appreciated. The pool was warm but the hot tub was not working during our stay. We had a rental car, but the beach is walkable and a few restaurants. Groceries would be a bit far but doable.

Poipu beach area condo

The condo slept our family of 6 adults comfortably. It is well furnished with a couch and love seat. The kitchen is well stocked with every pot, pan utensil you could need. The condo looked like new. There was a deck box with 4 beach chairs and a cooler. We stayed for 9 days and barely made a dent in the large bottles of shampoo and body wash supplied. Poipu beach 🏖 a a short half mile drive. There is a large pool on the grounds with a large shaded place to sit and eat or relax.
