NOTE...WE ARE APPROX.. 150 YARDS FROM BEACH. 2-3 minute walk. End unit with nice lagoon ocean view. Completely upgraded. AIR CONDITIONING…Look down over lagoon to ocean..can see surf. A rather very nice view…see all reviews ..Lanai all new with non skid tile . King size bed bedroom iand queen size sofa bed in living area.
NOTE: The washer and dryer is a commercial type laundry on property about 150 yards from us. 3 night minimum stay.
NOTE: Boogie boards, extra beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, weights, scale etc. in unit. Free beach chairs, chaises, beach towels at our beach
We are represented at the property by Castle Resorts......you receive confirmation of your reservation from them and check in with them upon arrival. .
If cancel 2 weeks or more before arrival date full refund. If within 2 weeks the deposit is forfeited.
For lengthy stay ..7 nights.or more would adjust rate. Lower rates Sept. and Oct.

25 minutes from Airport. Thirty-five acres of tropical beauty at sunny Poipu Beach on the Garden Island of Kauai. For a piece of authentic Hawaii, reserve this beautiful privately owned ocean view end unit. end units are preferred as more air flow, better views and more privacy. Being on 2nd floor of 2story bldg we have better view and no one above you so quieter. Contact owner if questions and added amenities owner might provide.
This stunning condo is a well equipped, one bedroom end unit with a wonderful lagoon/ocean view and excellent location overlooking the lagoon, ocean and Kiahuna Property grounds. unit has full kitchen and large private lanai. The unit has granite kitchen, marble/stone shower enclosure. Koa (a rather expensive wood) cabinets and drawers kitchen and vanity. New .2021..frig, microwave and range.
Tropitone 'Sling' lanai furniture, and has been upgraded and very well maintained. .We are unit 239 in building #36, a prime spot! The property is on Poipu Beach, a white sand beach. Free amenities include free access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Parking by our building, free use of beach chairs, chaises, towels, barbecues, cable television, stereo, internet access.
A Hawaii condo in paradise.Owners since 1987.Extra beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella in closet. We are members of the Poipu Beach Athletic Club formerly Kiahuna Swim and Tennis Club... free use of pool, tennis courts etc. and workout facility. Great location near restaurant, bar and activities desk...75-80 yards.
In-unit air conditioning, high end ceiling fans living room and bedroom.
Great BarBQ complex near us by lagoon..with tables and bench seating....only place on property for such seating.

The space was comfortable and complete - equipped kitchen, lanai, beach equipment like chairs, umbrella and boogie boards, comfortable bed, nice shower. The location was great - walking distance to the beach, coffee shop, restaurants and gift shops, as well as well-located for popular activities. The fans and AC worked well and were easy to regulate. Parking was easy. The host was helpful, welcoming and responsive.

Bill’s unit is in a lovely location with a wonderful view of the ocean in the distance. The unit is now rather dated, especially the kitchen and kitchen cooking equipment, but the place was clean and tidy with the essential benefit of AC, which many of the units do not have! Kauai is beautiful and definitely worth a visit, we had a fabulous time.

This is a great location and the Plantation is a beautiful, well maintained property. We loved the swimming beach right out front, and the pool across the street, with an easy drive to anywhere else we wanted to go. Reservation process with the owner was easy, as was check in/out. The housekeeping service could have been better, and the unit itself could use some updates, but overall it was a great stay.

Perfect location in Poipu

Kiahuna Plantation is a beautiful property with so many mature trees and flowering bushes. We loved the great lawn and location right on the beach. The condo is as advertised and we enjoyed sitting on the lanai with the view of the beach. Thank you Bill! We hope to visit again someday!!

Fabulous stay in this spacious and comfortable condo. Excellent location close to attractions on the south shore and easy drive to west side (Wimea Canyon) and population centers on the east shore. Killer view from the lanai. Lots of turtles, monk seals, and easy, but rewarding snorkeling minutes away at Poipu beach. Highly recommend!

Long time owners and have continually upgraded and maintained our unit...our children and grandchildren have literally grown up at the Kiahuna.We and guests love it because it is 'old Hawaii' with spacious lawns and beautiful gardens. Have continuously upgraded our unit. Koa cabinets Kitchen and vanity...told previously would be prohibitive. Newly installed Air Conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen.

Why they chose this property

We have owned this unit since 1987 and have consistently maintained an 'A' rating from the property management company. In the past few years the unit has been upgraded..marble/stone shower enclosure, granite kitchen, lanai furniture (Tropitone 'Sling'), TVs (living room and bedroom) all Koa wood cabinets and drawers kitchen and
vanity, new koa upscale fans with remote controls, etc. etc. We are continually upgrading and maintaining our unit. We have many guests that have been returning for many years to our unit. All guests love the view and location (in center of property and near restaurant and activities desk). Great lagoon ocean view and end unit so more air flow, more privacy and more view. 40inch TV living room..32inch bedroom...comfortable king bed bedroom..queen sofa bed living room.

2-3 min walk ..approx. 150 yards..to beach which is like a private beach with free use of beach chairs and towels.New BBQ next to our building and convenient parking nearby. Unit has beach umbrella, cooler, flashlights, boogie boards and extra beach chairs. Large new bar b q station in front of bldg by lagoon with seating by lagoon. Only bar b qs on the property with seating. Restaurant, bar, lounge 75-80 yards from our unit. Not open yet as closed during Covid…See photos of it. Before booking a unit suggest you determine its location..
