It's true - you really can walk just 100 yards to the Breck Connect Gondola, as well as to the Skyway Skiway Trail! After a beautiful day on the mountain, build a warming fire in the wood-burning fireplace, enjoy a glass of wine in the comfortable family room or dining area, and finish a bit of remote work at the roll-top desk. This condo also comes with access to a seasonal pool, and hot tubs. There's something for everyone to enjoy!

The full Breckenridge Ski Resort is just over a mile away, offering access to five different peaks, après ski restaurants and venues, and the delightful Rejuvenation Spa. In summer, enjoy four-wheel tours, mountain biking, and scenic walks on the Burro Trail - which passes through meadows and forest before connecting to the Spruce Creek Trail - just under a mile away. Main Street Breckenridge is within a third of a mile, offering an abundance of local restaurants, shops, and breweries.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo was easy to access and very clean. We had no issues with access. Proximity to downtown Breck was extremely close so we were able to walk to get food and such. Only qualm was you only get 1 parking pass for 6 adults in the parking garage. Check-in and check out instructions were very clear. Would rent here again!

Cozy, great location

This property is cozy with a fireplace and very comfortable beds. It is walking distance from the lifts and downtown. Highly recommend.

The place was nice and great location. The only problem we had was the master bath was clogged and requested service but it never came.

Great space but noisy

The interior space was very spacious. The master bed had a plastic protector that made the bed very warm, the heater was also very sensitive so anything above OFF made the bedroom incredibly warm. The walls were very thin so we could hear every footstep above us all night. Location was good, about a 10 minute walk to the Quicjsilver lift.

Great location for skiing- walk to gondola

A quick ski trip to Breckenridge for 3 people. Property had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Could walk with ski boots on to gondola- about 2 blocks. Could ski down to gondola base at the end of the day and walk back to property. Easy 5 minute walk to town from the property. Never had to move the car until the day we left as we walked everywhere. Highly recommend.

GREAT Location- Decor needs updating and better cleaning

We loved the convenience of the location. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was spacious for our needs. The rugs should be replaced, as they look old and dirty. All surface areas and bathrooms were clean. The furniture, lamps, and especially the blinds and curtains were dusty! Better dusting is needed. Luckily, we had allergy medicine. Overall, we were happy with the experience.

Nice Brek condo

The condo has a good location which is close to the gondola and ski down.I didn’t like that there wasn’t firewood available and when we called the number and left a “message for the manager “ we never got a response.Many heat registers in the condo don’t work real well either.Bathtubs don’t drain well eitherBut is was. Lean and close location.

Nice two bedroom condo.

Well laid out and convenient property for skiers. The condo is not well lit. Reading is impossible in the living room. The heating was difficult to regulate. As such, the master seemed difficult to keep cool while the second bedroom more difficult to warm up.

Good location but condo needs updating

This condo comes with a covered parking space which is great. It’s about 100 yards or 0.2 mile walk to the gondola. It is also on the bus route. We love the wood-burning fireplace and there is plenty of wood available. it’s close to Main Street which is a huge plus. the kitchen is updated as well as one of the bathrooms but otherwise the condo feels very old. The furniture is old. In fact, one of the chairs broke when my husband sat on it the management company was very responsive When this happened.

Good time

0.25 - 0.4 mile walk to gondola and 0.25 walk home from end of 4 o’clock run. Close enough to town that we walked to dinner every night, even after skiing! Very nice for the price. Wood fireplace is a nice touch and great way to end day. Hot tub is a short walk from the unit, another nice way to end day. Bottom bunk and master bed are comfortable but would not plan on anyone bigger than a child sleeping on top bunk. Pullout mattress is shot and could use replaced. Couches themselves are very comfortable and we opted to sleep just on the couch over the pullout. But again, at this price and that being the only gripe, it was a great spot.

Cozy condo close to everything

Very clean and comfortable. Was a perfect size for our group of 4. Easy walk to the Breck Connect gondola to get to the slopes in the morning and an even shorter walk back home in the evening. Also just a few blocks away from the center of downtown. The hot tub area was clean and nice after a long day of skiing.

Comfortable condo, near a busy street. Daytime street noise, Nighttime no street noise. The hallway carpet runner is very dirty. Needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Nice place, great location

Nice place, clean and good amount of room. Everything included to enjoy family breakfast and dinners - plates, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub at the end of the day. Great location for town and skiing. A very short walk to the gondola, bottom of snowflake ski run and town. A couple recommendations - better lighting in the unit and better furniture arrangement. Lamps were dim and didn’t provide good lighting at night. Furniture not well arranged for TV, conversation, enjoying the fireplace or games. Just an odd set-up.

Andrea, gracias por la revisión de su estancia. Ski Hill #26 no funciona como un motel/hotel con servicio de limpieza diario. Las unidades se limpian antes de la llegada y después de que nuestros huéspedes se van. Pedimos disculpas por haber tardado cuatro días en abrir la lavandería para su uso. Esperamos que nos brinde la oportunidad de recibirlo nuevamente. ¡Gracias!
