Beachfront 2BR | Emerald Isle | Stunning Gulf Views

Advisory: Elevator upgrade is in progress from August 11, 2025, for about 28 weeks. One elevator will be available during this time.

Come and see our newest Emerald Isle 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. This newly updated unit gives panoramic views of the beautiful Pensacola Beach's emerald waters from the 10th floor.

The kitchen has recently been upgraded, with brand new stainless steel appliances, a beautiful tile backsplash, and a smooth granite countertop topping the new cabinets. The master bathroom upgrade includes a large walk-in shower with a rainforest shower head. The living room features beautiful grey leather suite-arranged couches so you can relax with your favorite TV program or catch a red and orange beach sunset through the Gulf front windows. Additional reading chairs give enough seating for the whole family to enjoy an evening. The open-concept kitchen with an eat-at bar adjacent to the 6-person table allows the cook to join in breakfast conversations and diner stories as the whole group sits down to enjoy a nice meal cooked on the new stainless steel glass top stove and oven.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and access to the balcony. The en suite features a large walk-in shower with a rainforest showerhead and ocean-inspired tiles, everything you need to relax, including a seating bench. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The guest bedroom received updates from the rest of the unit.

Emerald Isle has lots to offer its guests. Two gulf-side pools will let you enjoy the beach views without the sand. The pool deck includes a hot tub that overlooks the beach as well. The property also houses a small workout room and dry sauna. With a walk across the pool deck to the beach, you will never have to leave the property to enjoy the sun, sand, and relaxation.

Very nice. Not acceptable for only one elevator working no matter what is being done. The work should be completed within a week. The property should pay whatever it costs to get it done in one week max.

Pensacola Beach getaway

We enjoyed our first trip to the Pensacola Beach area. The condo was great and we would stay there again. Enjoyed all of the restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Wonderful

The condo was perfectly clean when we checked in. It is well appointed, and the furniture and beds very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. The complex is secure, security and maintenance staff friendly and helpful. Outstanding communication. Highly recommend

Everything about the unit was great. We had zero complaints. The views and location, perfect. There were issues at times with codes, but quickly resolved and not due to the host. Totally out of his control, but he made sure to respond quickly. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Nice Place

Our Condo was a nice and pretty clean place. Loved the Balcony with the nice furniture. Only problem was I couldn't use my own 1800 watt hair dryer. All of the outlets breaker kept tripping. Had to use the little hair dryer of theirs and that doesn't wouldn't work when the dryer is on. And maybe could put some new batteries in the clocks on the walls that aren't working. (2 of them) Other than that was a nice comfortable stay. And highly recommend Flounders Restaurant up the road.

Great Stay on Pensacola Beach

Spent a week in Pensacola visiting our son who is in the navy. Emerald Isle was the perfect location, right on the beach, but also had a pool. Whereas my daughter loves the beach, I'm more of a pool person. Plenty of chairs down by the pool, so never had an issue with finding somewhere to sit. The condo itself was perfect. 2 bedrooms, both with comfy beds, 2 bathrooms, the master being really lovely! The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. The management was really great, checked in on us via text a number of times during our stay to ensure that everything was good and they were very responsive when I reached out. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely rent this condo again when we return.

Wonderful Week

We rented April 15-22 and had a great stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and had a fantastic view. A few kinks with the keypad/entry from beach to pool and the Roku TV in the living room was frustrating to use - couldn't get regular cable in the living room but was easy to use in the bedrooms. Even with those few blips, we would return in a heartbeat and hope to do so again soon. Having the washer/dryer was great.Excellent unit, excellent vacation.

Beach vacation

The property was very good, love the balcony and location. It would be better if the key pads to the beach and front walkers gate worked consistently. Several times we couldn't get it.

Great location, great view, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Condo was in great shape, clean and looked like newer furniture, well stocked kitchen. It would be nice to have a guest book with info about the area as well as working the TV's.

Thanksgiving getaway

We had a wonderful time, amazing views. Just steps to the ocean and a really nice area. We could walk to restaurants and shops. Exactly what we needed, calming decor, comfortable beds and beautiful views. We would stay again and already thinking of what our next dates will be.

Beautiful view from a lovely condo, worth selecting!

Right ON the water, with beautiful unobstructed views of the sunset. Great facilities and recently refurbished unit. Bring your cooking pans and utensils if you want to cook, but plenty of glasses and wonderful appliances. One of the most comfy couches I've ever sat on, good beds and furniture. Easy to access the full size washer and dryer. Thoughtful touches like samples of detergent, soaps for bathrooms and kitchen. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this listing is because we want it available for us next trip!
