Relaxation and coastal adventures await in our spacious canal home, offering luxury accommodation for up to 10 guests. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated with a coastal ambience, this 1 1/2 story home offers a carefree and relaxing atmosphere for your beach escape! The beautiful hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and custom fixtures provide a classy flare to a comfy home. An open floor plan with cozy seating, well-equipped kitchen, and a delightful porch, partially screened-in, offers plenty of space for entertaining family and friends after a day of sun and fun.

This luxury home will delight you! It is located on a concrete-walled canal, with its own boat dock that offers a fish cleaning station. The canal is an easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean. There are many waterfront restaurants a short boat ride away. Boats, kayaks and jet skis can be rented nearby, if you do not own your own. You may fish and crab right off your private dock! Located just 3 blocks from the beach for endless fun in the sand and the Atlantic Ocean.

Communication with host was great and they were especially accommodating for our last minute trip request with young children. Home was perfect distance to beach and great for fishing with the canal. Visited for an October race and had a great time. We stayed at this home previously and enjoyed it just as much this time. Convenient location and just a short walk to the ocean. Cooler weather, quieter, and driving around in a golf cart made for a fun time. Certainly would repeat next time we’re in OIB.

What a peaceful and relaxing stay!!! We rented kayaks and got out on the water and only had a short walk to the beach. Our aging dog was able to vacation with us this year, so we definitely needed the fenced yard for her to enjoy. We look forward to coming back next summer

This house is exceptional. Beds are super comfortable which is key for us. Landscaping is beautiful and there are many outdoor areas in both shade and sun with plenty of seating. Home is well stocked with plenty of kitchen dishes, pots, pans, gadgets, spices, coffee pots, the works! Great dock to park our boat on a beautiful canal with exceptional sunsets. Couldn't ask for more. LeeAnn was super quick to answer any questions we had before arriving. We will definitely book here again!

Upon arriving at this lovely Ocean Isle Beach canal home, we knew it was well cared for with a great layout. Kitchen is fully stocked, beds were very comfortable, and sunsets from the deck were awesome. Owners are quick to respond to anything we needed. Great home!
