Beachfront Modern Loft with Large Private Terrace

Loft suited for 4 guests, located on the top floor of a penthouse on Jobos Beach, Isabela, Puerto Rico. I'm a traveler myself and I enjoy staying at nice and clean places. That's what I like to give back to my guests. This place is immaculate, the beds are super comfortable and the location within the complex is just perfect, offering the best view of the green areas, swimming pool and the beach. Lots of adventures wait for you and your loved ones in this little piece of heaven on earth.

• 2 Queen Size Beds with Bassett Dream Maker Pillow Top Mattress covered with 600 tread count Hotel Collection bed sheets (Always freshly laundered and sanitized)
• Fully functional kitchen.
• 50” High Definition Plasma TV with “Netflix” (unlimited TV shows and movies)
• High speed internet with Wifi connection
• Large Bathroom with large shower”
• All Bathroom supplies included
• Beach Towels
• Fully furnished Beach Front Terrace: 2 Swings, Dinning Set, Sofa Set and Exterior Bed.

The property is located in the North West part of Puerto Rico. This area have little traffic, it is quiet and safe. There are people from the US living in the community and most of the residents of this area speak fluent English. There are restaurants and bars on a walking distance to property. For anything else we recommend a rental car. This is a small Island and it is easy to get around.

The apartment was clean and quiet. Great view of the ocean. Host was very responsive with all of our needs. Great for couples and even for families. Very close to Great beaches and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Our only regret was that we couldn't stay there permanently forever! Beautiful Penthouse with beautiful views. Very quiet too. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Jobos beach is about a 3 min drive and I surfed there everyday. There's a surf shop with rentals right in front of Jobos beach surf break. Waleska the owner was awesome and a very nice person who provided everything we needed. Will definitely rent this apartment again soon. Thanks Waleska!

Clean, amazing view, secure and close to many restaurants and stores. It’s in a gated complex- large pool and on the beach. 2 min walk from the room, on a path directly to a private beach. Full size refrigerator, stove/oven with everything you need to cook. The host is amazing and very responsive. We would definitely stay again. .

It was a great place for us to spend our vacation in PR this year. This place was a perfect place for us to stay and explore that side of the island. It is quiet and safe apartment complex with very friendly and helpful guard at the gate.

What a hidden gem! The location and apartment were practically perfect! We didn’t have great weather but were still able to do everything we wanted to. Not a bad walk to Jobos beach where there are several restaurants and bars, snorkeling, and surfing. I highly recommend this spot! It was our first trip to Puerto Rico and we can’t wait to come back!

I’ve stayed at Haudimar before in a different into so I am familiar with the property. Location can’t be beat as it’s a small walk to Jobos, gated community on the water with a pool, pickleball and basketball courts, set behind the Jobos food spot. Waleska was very sweet & welcoming and was ready and willing to help with whatever we needed (extra towels, laundry supplies, questions regarding the area). I enjoyed this unit much more than the previous one. The roof deck is a great feature, we spent each night there having dinner and relaxing in the egg chair. The gated community isn’t a reflection of the safety of the area in my experience, but it was nice knowing my 13 yr old could use the basketball courts, make friends when he wants to chill away from dad. I look forward to rebooking soon!!!

The rooftop location of the unit was great! The beach in front of the property is beautiful, but it’s not safe to swim because of the undertow. Jobos beach is about 1 km away (walkable if you want), but we drove there early and spent most of two days enjoying the water and watching the many surfers.

It was a beautiful loft in a beautiful location. The host was amazing and was available when we needed her. The terrace was where we spent most of our time. Great couches, loungers and a table and chairs made the outdoors a wonderful extension of the living space. I give this 10 out of 10 and would go back tomorrow.

Great stay! We had two black outs during our stay. Would be great if the loft had a backup generator for hot nights and refrigerated items that can spoil. Would be a good idea to screen the windows to allow for airflow without the bugs and for the front door before stairs to have screens as well as it leads to a stairwell and is a bit spooky at night. All in all we had a great stay. Waleska was a wonderful host and helped in any way she could. Great location next to a wonderful beach for fun during the day and night. I would definitely recommend the stay and come back again!

Yes enjoyed my stay very clean view is nice. Only downside is basically like on a 4th floor all stairs no elevator. It’s quite close to the beach. Restaurants are very accessible near the apartments.

We’ve stayed at Haudimar before. Great location. Easy walk to Hobos and access to convenience store makes it……well …convenient.Loved the out door deck….plenty of room and enjoyed late night conversation looking up at the stars. Room temperature was plenty cool. We highly recommend it.
