About this property

Best Private Room Near Downtown

Our property is located near the park and the bus stop from where the free bus shuttle to CB and back. This property is pet friendly and provides clients to have an extended stay on the cheaper rate. Since it is located in a prime location the excess to super kings, hospital , western university and restaurants are in walking distance. We also provide clients with a common kitchen where they can cook their own food.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I am incredibly disappointed with this reservation. My husband and I arrived to the address we recieved, and it was not the right place. We waited for about 45 minutes, called both contact numbers and sent messages and got no communication. The only people we ran into did not speak English so thankfully my husband is fluent in Spanish and could converse with them for us to tell us we were at the wrong hotel! The place we ended up was great and Keith was wonderful but it was NOT THE RIGHT HOTEL!!!!

Affordable motel rental, allows dogs

My friend and I went to a concert at I Bar Ranch and would have camped there but we needed a place that was dog friendly. This spot was right down the road, had parking, allowed dogs, and the room was perfect for what we needed. My only complaint was that check-in was confusing. I didn’t get access info and the address provided was for a different motel across the street.
