Welcome to Lodges 1156, a 3-bedroom plus loft, 4.5-bathroom Mammoth Lakes townhome that sleeps 9. Known for its year-round breathtaking beauty and long snow season, Mammoth Lakes offers outdoor family-friendly adventure at every turn. Guests of this 3-story townhome will love sipping morning cups of coffee while taking in the panoramic view of the Sherwin Mountain range and unwinding in the community hot tub after an active day on the trails.

Enjoy relaxing nights watching TV or splitting a bottle of wine with friends and family as the wood-burning fireplace warms the space. Beyond the dining area, French doors lead to the back deck with an alfresco table for 3, and stunning views of the evergreen-dotted mountains.

Parking for up to 6 vehicles in the Summer and 2 garage parking spots in the Winter makes it easy to commute no matter the season. Guests who prefer not to drive can take advantage of the shuttle service, a few steps from the front door. The Village Gondola Station is a 6-minute drive and the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area is 11 minutes away.

Great home, beautiful location

The house is comfortable, clean, and modern. The location is great. We went in June and the weather was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Welcoming Home

Property is very welcoming and comfortable. Has well stocked kitchen to make family meals. Over the years we've stayed at a lot of places in Mammoth and this one by far is the best.

Excellent Property

Amazing property, fantastic layout, perfect for large family or share with 2 families. Great views from all rooms. Each room including the loft has its own attached full bathroom, made getting ready to hit the slopes or dinner a breeze. House was well stocked and beds were comfortable, no complaints. Will definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful home and great location!

This was our first time in Mammoth. The property is centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants and the slops which was very convenient. This home has everything you need! Mandi was AWESOME! The communication was incredible. The backyard was perfect for the kids to sled and play, plenty of snow. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great Place

Overall really good place to stay. Mandi, was very good and communicated very well. My only two very minor complaints were not enough trash bags as we were only given 1 per night. And its listed as a 4 bedroom when its really 3 bedrooms with a loft. However, it had 4 bathrooms which was great. Overall would stay again.

Fantastic!

I loved staying at this property. I was leading a group of meditators in a meditation weekend and the host was so helpful all weekend long with any questions, issues. There were a couple issues with the toilets but the host jumped in the solutions immediately and was so responsive, I truly felt so taken care of. Im a long time mammoth visitor, but I’ve had a family place to stay all my life and this trip needed something different and I felt so at home, so cozy in this place. Beds were so comfortable, spacious. Really can’t wait to stay there again!

Great Space

We had an amazing time at the house. It was big, clean and had a good location. The house was stocked with essentials and everything was as good as advertised, with one exception: the Wifi did not work, while we were there. That was the only issue, and one that is easily fixable.

Beautiful place! Will be our go to for Mammoth trips

Beautiful home! Our family had an amazing time here. I'm very particular about the appearance of a place when we vacation and I love that this was the perfect mix of a cozy Lodge but with a nice clean modern feel. Home was clean and had everything we needed down to a nice waffle maker and ice cream scoops! We had my family and my sisters family here and everyone had their own room and bathroom.They even had a roll away bed we ended up using instead of the top bunk for one of our littles. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be rebooking for any of our future Mammoth trips! Thank you for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

We just returned from a 5 night stay at this home with my family of 5 and my Sister-in-Law’s family of 4, and my two in-laws. The house was perfect. We cooked almost every meal at home and found every utensil, appliance, kitchen gadget, and glassware, table setting we could hope for. The kitchen was impressively well stocked. The gas BBQ grill was also great. Always nice not to have to run out for a propane tank. Other than seasonings, a cook would not need to bring anything else along to make family meals. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, including the loft where all our kids slept. This was great! There were plenty of towels, extra bedding and pull out beds. We could have easily slept at least 4 more people. We love staying at Snow Creek because it is such a convenient location to the shopping plaza (Vons), our favorite ski rental shop (Adventure Sports Outpost), to the ski resort (we are partial to Canyon lodge)and to the Village. Snowcreek is so well maintained that there are no worries about snowy or icy roads. The driveway was cleared of snow regularly. There are working TVs in every room with tons of channels to choose from. The home is 3 levels, and as could be expected, the bedrooms oh the bottom level are much cooler than the mid-level master or the loft. The homeowners have plug in heaters available in the closets for some extra heat without having to suffocate the upstairs folks, which was very nice. This home has two master bedrooms which is great for traveling with more than one family and not feeling guilty for taking the one master (although the upper level One is a tiny bit larger and has a jacuzzi tub, but both are great. Overall, a very comfortable, clean (if maybe just the carpets could use a wash soon), well-equipped, and luxurious home.

A beautiful convenient family home.

The home is a very attractive wood paneled home that is large, comfortable and well laid out for family and friends. It is modern, in a convenient location, and seems well maintained. However, a few kitchen implements and conveniences were lacking. It has a partial mountain view, though it's not in a private location. Overall our stay was pleasant and enjoyable for all of us.

This is a beautiful unit with all the amenities you might need. Plenty of space for everyone and a bathroom for each room which was a big plus for everyone that went. Would definitely like to stay again!

Great Location

Property is spacious and well appointed. Convenient to town and the slopes. More than enough room for 6 adults and 4 kids. Extra roll away beds were a great added bonus.
