3BR/3BA Condo on the Beach!

This spacious three bedroom, three bathroom unit sits on the “quiet” east end of Panama City Beach, within walking distance to St. Andrew's State Park and a local dive, Patches Pub.

This is a NON SMOKING unit, pets are NOT allowed, and renters must be 25 years of age or older. Due to COVID-19 linens will be provided, but beds will not be made.

The condo was very clean and we didn’t have any complaints. The view is wonderful as it is overlooking the pool and the beach. There are beach chairs and beach toys/floats available for use. The location is great! Close to some good restaurants and Patches Bar and Grill is right next door so you can walk. We had an awesome time and can’t wait to return!

Located on the more laid back and quiet end of Lower Grand Lagoon, this unit had incredible views of the beautiful beach, as well as exquisite pool views as well! 3 easy access points to the spacious balcony. The host, William, was very prompt with responding to any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely recommend this unit to others!

Perfect place to stay

The condo was very clean and beautiful. It had everything you needed down to a crockpot. The washer and dryer were perfect. The views from the balcony were amazing. The beds were very comfy. We had 7 people in the condo and had more than enough room. I tread on a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again.
