This property is a fully licensed short-term rental.

Welcome to our newly renovated two-bedroom suite on the ground floor of a two-story house, with a private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen, and in-suite washer & dryer. Just a 6-minute drive to UVIC. Public transit within 200m and free parking available.

Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, desk, and brand new ergonomic swivel chair, ensuring you have comfort and functionality.

The modern bathroom with a hair dryer and in-suite laundry (washer and dryer) provide all the essentials for your stay.

The house is equipped with a central heat pump system, ensuring year-round comfort with both cooling in summer and heating in winter.

We welcome small, well-behaved pets! A pet fee applies. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

We provide paid EV charging via a Tesla Wall Connector (NACS/Tesla compatible vehicles only).

Whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay, our suite offers all the comfort and amenities you need to make your trip to Victoria enjoyable.

For safety, security, and insurance purposes, the number of guests staying at the property must match the number of guests listed on the reservation. Visitors are welcome but must leave the property by 10:30 PM.

Absolutely immaculate. Location is very quiet and peaceful. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with the basics. Space is well maintained and very private. We are very happy with our stay and would happily return.

Jane was a very responsive host, and we really appreciated the location and price during high season. Check-in/check out was seamless. The unit would easily accommodate 2 couples or a family with 2 kids sharing the second queen bed. WiFi worked fine, the area was safe & quiet.

My family and I spent 3 nights in this property recently, and it was excellent! We were visiting our daughter who attends the University of Victoria, so the location is perfect. Our host, Jane, gave comprehensive instructions and was fantastic with communication. The full kitchen is very useful, as is the laundry. Bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful. The street parking is very easy and the area is quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed for the short stay, and I'd definitely recommend this property!

The suite was tidy and well organized. Great neighborhood for walking around to explore nearby beaches and parks. The hosts are kind and responded quickly to any questions and concerns. Our two dogs loved the backyard to run around and lay in the sun. The laundry machines are a huge bonus. Definitely would recommend this suite for pet owners. Thanks again to the host for a wonderful place.

Perfect location and stay

If you want to be close to UVic to visit friends this is the perfect stay. It is very clean, with two bedrooms and comfortable beds, plus the communication with the host was great! 100% would recommend!

We stayed here for two nights with our dog. It was as described in the listing and photos. A no frills place to lay your head at the end of the day during a quick trip to Victoria. Jane was very responsive to messages. If you plan to bring your dog, plan to bring them with you when you head out for the day or any outings as they are not permitted to be in the suite alone.
