This expansive three bedroom oceanfront retreat is perfect for larger groups or families, comfortably accommodating up to six adults in a spacious three-bedroom layout. Large fully stocked kitchen and dining room, 2 full baths and laundry room, deck with BBQ and private hot tub to enjoy stunning waterfront views of the Sooke inlet. Take a stroll along the property’s 200-foot boardwalk and dock to immerse yourself in the ocean’s sights and sounds. Borrow a crab trap and try your luck off the dock! Take a kayak out for a leisurely paddle! Bring your boat? We have over 200ft of dock space! Sit on the terrace and star gaze or play a game of bocci ball together. Seascape Inn is a small boutique hotel situated on the Sooke Inlet just a kilometre from Sooke town centre.

We had a wonderful girl's trip. We loved having the opportunity to kayak, sit in the hot tub and eat on the deck with ocean views. The home was beautiful and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. We would definitely come back!

There is no other place we’d stay than the Seascape Inn. This was our 2nd stay here and you just can’t beat this property. The house is amazing and stocked with nearly everything you need and the views are phenomenal. The house is close to everything and there are so many sites to see within just a few minutes of the location. Last but certainly not least is the host, Tiffany. She is just the best and we’ve grown to love her! She’s definitely amazing.You won’t regret staying at the Seascape Inn!

Tiffiny was an awesome host. She was quick to answer any questions and very accommodating. House was beautiful and clean. The property is huge and stunning. We saw so many crabs and star fish while hanging out on the dock. Toddler friendly utensils and little toys. Air hockey table. Lots of towels. Cute self care containers in the bathrooms filled with goodies. Good size rooms. Perfect spot in Sooke!

The place was wonderful! We couldn't believe all the dishes, glasses, books, magazines. There was an excellent House Manual with pictures and descriptions answering all the common questions. It even had a section describing how to cross the road toward town safely as the property is located on a slight hill that makes it tricky to see oncoming cars (hint turn right twice to go left!) When in doubt, refer to the manual! Tiffiny is an amazing host and extremely responsive. She is positive, friendly, has a sense of humor and was very helpful. Our stay was a bit overcast most of the time but the sun finally came out our last afternoon and sitting on the back deck reading and enjoying the quiet was exactly what I had hoped for when I booked it. The others enjoyed rock painting, kayaking, and bird watching on the dock. Really enjoyable stay.

We were able to entertain another couple in pristine facility... such a comfortable accommodation... our visit of several days was during a rainy week, so we didn't use the outside facilities... but they sure looked enticing! We enjoyed gourmet meals and fine BC wine. Excellent Host communication..

Great location that is very convenient to gas stations, restaurants. Very spacious and a beautiful home with lots of room for a big family. Dock had a great view and was nice and private. Easy for crabbing. Jacuzzi was great with a nice view of the waterfront.

Lovely place!!

Great house, equipped with everything you need for a perfect Island stay!! The kitchen is well appointed and it was a perfect layout for our family of 3 couples. communication was great and the area offered everything we needed for a week of relaxing as a family. We even had an engagement on the property! Highly recommend.

Wish we could have stayed forever!

This was a wonderful property! The kitchen was well-stocked and the host was incredible. We loved the 7 nights we spent here and are hoping to convince our family to come with us next time and rent the other buildings on the property. We spent a lot of time at the dock watching for otters and seals. During low tide, we could see so many crabs and starfish. The location can't be beat!
