My husband and I have managed 3 different vacation rentals since 2006. (Not all three at the same time! lol) We have alot of experience and like to be sure our houses have been safe, comfortable and beautiful. (It is a ongoing process.)
We live a half block away and are almost around to assist with questions, problems and the rare occasional emergency. Parking is plentiful, and besides, you have dedicated off-street parking in Earl's long driveway, which also has a new side entrance directly into the kitchen! Only a few steps up the side porch

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The Earl McDonald House is our latest. It has been fully upgraded and remodelled to maximize space and light. Speaking of light, we have found lamps, lights and overheads which fit the space and the early Art Deco period. It is a continuing process and we try to improve things whenever possible.

Earl McDonald is in the "Piedmont Avenue" neighborhood, which has slowly grown to become a go-to area. Covid has changed things - some of the old time places have shut down - but new restaurants, coffee shops, keep springing up to fill their spaces.
Nearly every type of international food for dine-in or take-out is available, and within a 5-10 easy, pleasant walk.
Earl McDonald loves animals, and there is a nice, enclosed backyard for your dog to romp in. There are also seasonal fruit trees, herbs, and raspberries (which grow in spring and in fall.)
