Enjoy a Beach Getaway!

Beachy studio guest suite 5 miles from Folly Beach & 5 miles from downtown! We are located on a quiet residential street on James Island, near the peaceful Clark Sound. This studio suite is attached to our home, however the space is completely private, with your own separate entrance. You also have your own climate control. Beautiful, bright, coastal decor make it a little oasis! We provide two beach towels, two beach chairs, and a small and large beach cooler! The TV is equipped with Roku to watch all your favorite shows, and we have coffee in the cupboard so you can jumpstart your day. We do most of our bookings through another major website that starts with "a".... : ). That's where most of our reviews are! Feel free to book here, or there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this VERY CLEAN and organized, above and beyond on amenities property. Short drive to downtown and surrounding beaches! Perfect stay for a couple! Very peaceful stay. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect spot for getting around Charleston

This place was an excellent spot to use as a "home base" for a weekend out and about in Charleston. Great location- It was easy to get to and from the beach and down town. We used it to rest and recharge, a jumping off point for our adventures around, so the space was just the right size for that. On top of that, our hosts were very communicative and responsive; they made our stay very easy and the space was well stocked. Would stay here again!

Lovely little touches made this an ideal stay

Working during PGA Championship didn't afford much time actually staying here, but the thoughtfulness of the super cute decor and appointments made coming "home" after a long day delightful. Everything was very clean and I felt safe. Cut flowers and water in the refrigerator were a lovely touch. Communication with the hosts was great.
