Perfect stay

We had such a great stay! The house had everything we needed and more for our large group. The amenities, especially the pool and the outdoor spaces made all the difference. The place was very clean, water pressure was amazing, and the beds were comfy. Robin and maintenance were very responsive if we needed anything at all. Highly recommend!!

Many of the activities were unusable. Ping Pong table is very damaged. You don't get a volleyball, ping pong paddles/ball, pickle ball and golf items etc. to use unless you pay more each day for them. Bring your own or don't plan on using any of it. Had to wash the sheets bc some kind of bodily fluid was found on them when we arrived. Water dripped from the registers suspicious of mold as family members (that mostly remained indoors) got respiratory issues for weeks. They wouldn't heat the pool unless we paid 1,200 more and the hot tub gave everyone a terrible rash along with some urinary track infections. The home was in a great location and accommodated a lot of people, but was not well maintained. Our family members all love VRBO, use them a lot and almost always give 5 star reviews, but this home owner was not understanding as to what our family went through during our stay to celebrate our mothers 90th birthday, so we are choosing to warn all of you to beware of staying here. Go read the responses of the owner to anyone that dares to give them less than a 5 star rating. Extremely unprofessional responses.

Robin was a great host and always responsive leading up to and throughout the stay. The yard was an amazing set up especially for a friends get together. Highly recommend renting this property.

Great Time

My friends and I had a great time at this property, the setup couldn't be more ideal for getting together with your people. Amazing property

We stayed at this property for a bachelor party and it was perfect. Lots of outdoor activities at the house, plenty of space for 17 people and super comfortable beds. Great location, just a 15 minute drive from old town. Management was super helpful and made everything easy. Would 100% recommend this place and would stay there again myself.

Good location with plenty of outdoor space and games

Lots of bedrooms and beds. The outdoor space is great for games and activities. The house was nice but we had A/C issues that were resolved by the owner within 48 hours. Fun place for large family gatherings.

Awesome family vacation home!

The property owner of this rental came to the rescue when our original VRBO booking was abruptly cancelled. The communication was instant and it allowed the family to avoid having to stay in a hotel for one night. The house has everything you could possibly need for a family getaway! It was super clean, the beds were all comfortable, and overall the house layout is fantastic. We highly recommend this rental!

Perfect Property!

This one of a kind property was perfect for our large group of 20. It is extremely rare to find a property this size for such a large group that still checks all the boxes and this one had everything that we needed. Zero issues or complaints, everything in the house worked the way it was supposed to, and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Scottsdale area.

Great Place and Host

Overall was a great stay. We had 9 people stay at the location that came in from all over the country. This was a business trip - not a social. Enough room for everyone to stay and we were able to have our mastermind meeting to discuss different challenges and objectives. Location was great and we were able to go to nearby restaurants as well as dinner on site for our group. We did have few issues that was handled promptly by the host. Thanks again!

Not bad

The property is plenty large but it is dated and worn. It smelled like a few parties had been there. The property manager is highly responsive and helpful. The location is convenient to north Scottsdale. Probably best for large groups that are more comfortable with budget oriented quality.

Ryan, thanks for your lovely review. The estate had a complete $600k renovation less than a year ago? Perfect for large family reunions, weddings and some really cool corporate events. We do get budget minded groups like yours that travel Monday to Wednesdays and pay as little as $600 a night. But for $60/night each I'm sure your group realized you were getting a whole luxury estate for way less than any 200' hotel room in this coveted area of Scottsdale. As our regular clients pay over two thousand a night and leave amazing 5 star reviews. Very confused with "budget oriented quality" however. Everyone loves the 600k renovation, the 15k dining table, the 10k sectional with goose down filled cushions, the 50k kitchen and our very expensive beds?

Such a wonderful experience and amazing location!

Our wedding party hosted my fiance and I's joint bach party at Shea North Estates. There were 22 total guests and the size was more than perfect for our group! We absolutely loved our amenities at the house and had so much fun jumping from different activities in the back area. The house was located in a safe neighborhood and convenient drive to and from our day/night activities that were planned ahead. Also leading up to our getaway Robin and Natasha have been very responsive and attentive towards our questions we had. We hope to visit Scottsdale sometime again in the future and check out the other estates! Thanks so much for having us!

Amazing House with all the amenities

This place could not have been better! It has everything! Beach volleyball court, pickle ball court, putting green, pool, jacuzzi, pool table, outdoor TV, ping pong, corn hole, bocce ball, outdoor grill,...it was the PERFECT house to gather 16 of my closest friends for an unforgettable weekend. The communication with the host was great. Super easy check-in and check-out process, no issues with neighbors, it was everything we could have asked for in a rental house for an epic weekend. I highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back and stay here again. Thanks again for everything!

Awesome place for a bigger group

We had a group of 30 people. One note with a group that size is that a lot of us did had to share the queen size beds to make 30 work. Overall really nice play for a big group and everyone had a great time. A few notes. Pool was good but needs to be treated every 48 hours to prevent cloudiness so ensure you request that from your host. Basketball hoop is 6 ft only and cannot adjust up any higher. Ping pong table should be replaced.

Thanks for the nice review. Amazing getting a 3 million dollar estate for 30 people like your group so cheap isn’t it. Sorry you did not know how to adjust the basketball new or ping pong table. And yes if 30 people are continually peeing in the pool ….the pool will need to be treated every two days (which we did) We even had the automatic chlorinator on and that could not keep up. Spring break

Property has great potential with lots to do outdoors. Cleaning was not complete when we arrived with dirty and wet towels in the washer and drier and no one takes inventory to make sure everything is there and in working order. We spent hours resetting the internet and looking for remotes. Ice dropped through the freezer through a hole in the ice maker, one food bin is cracked and one shower wouldn’t turn on. Better instructions on how to use everything, e.g. how to get the hot tub hot would be helpful.

Worst Stay Ever

AC did not work in the middle of the desert. Host did not check this before hand and we were forced to sweat it out for 3 days ruining our bachelor party. She sent someone out who pretended to fix the problem but in fact did not. When contacted about having a partial refund she adamantly refused. She was very dismissive and rude throughout. If I could've given zero stars I would have.

YOU TRIED TO BLACKMAIL US FOR A $1200 NOT DESERVED DISOCUNT OR YOU WOULD LEAVE A FALSE BAD REVIEW? The a/c in the guest casita took a day to be repaired while the night time temperatures were perfect in the low 70's? The spacious 7 bedroom luxury estate sleeps 28 and there were only 20 in your group. Your were just trying to bend us over! Even though we discounted your stay as a courtesy we would prefer to never host a person of your character again. Robin & Natasha

Good for what we needed.

We had a group of couples and singles all ages from 21-57. Rooms were nice to accommodate both but I felt lost on bathroom set up. If you are looking at this here is the set up: Bed 1 is a master suite with a kid room (like a small closet type) off of it. Perfect for a family with small kids. 2 Bedrooms across the hall had 2 queen beds each and a bathroom at the end of the hall that would make sense to share. ANother bedroom was really an office type space with a king bed but next to the common area so not a lot of quiet/privacy but worked great. They shared the bathroom with Bed 2 and 3. Common area in the middle broke up the house into 2 sides. Small 1/2 bath here but no shower in this one. Other side of the house had 1 bed with 3 queens & another bedroom with all the bunk beds. One bath in this hallway to share. Last bedroom on that side had 2 queens with a private bath. Outside was fun and spacious and worked for the group. I would say a few improvements could be done. NO deal breakers, just a bit more attention to details. Loose faucets and towel racks. No hand soap in bathrooms. We had to go buy that. I also had to buy laundry detergent to do the towels at check out as they requested. This should be stocked in my opinion. No extra paper towels or dish rags. The fridge and freezer leaked the entire time and we had to keep a towel under it. Fridge took about 48 hours to cool down. Again, these are not deal breakers just good to know.

We found everything to be in excellent working condition. Not sure if the house was just a little higher end than what you are use to? As one of Scottsdale's largest and most reputable owners and thousands of 5 star reviews. Everything was clearly listed in the description. Surprised you did not take the 5 minutes to read.
