Quick 15 minute drive to Reach 11 sports complex for a soccer tournament. The pool was cold but that stop us from swimming in the warm early spring sun. 3 queen bedrooms and 2 fold out couches made for plenty of room for sleeping. Lots of room for hanging out both inside and outside. Well appointed kitchen to cook meals and save money while traveling as a group. Would stay again.

This property had a great interior even though the exterior was a little plain. Don't judge a book by its cover. Neighborhood was quiet. We had 7 people staying plus visiting local family and we had plenty of room inside and out for family dinners and after-dinner games. Clean and neat and well stocked with the necessities. The trail to the preserve was a 5 min walk for early morning trekkers. Close to good food and groceries and only a 30 min drive to the airport. Communication with the property managers was friendly and quick, easy to work with.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with hiking just a few blocks away! Shadow Mountain makes it seem like you are not in the city yet just minutes away are all the shopping, restaurants, etc.. you could ever need. The backyard is a desert oasis with a pool perfect for cooling off from the Arizona heat. I highly recommend this house for your next visit to Phoenix.

More than expected

We went to Scottsdale for my daughter's bowling tournament which we go once a year to and this home was definitely a wonderful choice this year. It is one of the smaller houses that we have stayed in but it was perfect for 9 of us to sleep comfortably. The price was perfect as well, all the other 3 bedroom homes with pools I looked at were well over 1,000 for our total stay, the total for this house was practical.The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable and we used the pool every day we were there. Access to the home was simple and the neighborhood was quiet and not hard to get in and out of. I would definitely stay here again.
