This property is a spacious charmer-a stone's throw from Dennis Village center, Cape Cod Museum of Art, Cape Cinema, Cape Playhouse and fabulous restaurants. Grab a beach pass and visit any one of the many salt water and fresh water beaches Dennis has to offer. Then return to this comfortably furnished, airconditioned house, enjoy the open deck, gas grill and garden filled back yard. A truly lovely property in which to make your Cape Cod memories. Linens are not provided, but can be rented - just ask!

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Your reservation is on HOLD and not bookable by another party for the 48 hours from the time of the initial booking. We look forward to seeing you soon.

We had an amazing stay in this house. It felt cozy, but was roomy enough for all five of us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was clean and homey. Also, we really enjoyed the wildlife living and walking through the backyard - bunnies, squirrels, and turkeys visited daily! All of the Cape was accessible from this house - we were easily able to travel to all points of interest. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
