Three-level two-family house on a quiet, shorefront residential street, convenient to restaurants, attractions, shopping and harbors. House is located directly on a private beach and features magnificent ocean views from upper level. Fully furnished, comfortable and up to date, this beach house has two decks and a stone patio. We completed extensive renovations to the house in April 2017 and the entire house now has central air conditioning. The upstairs bedrooms are newly renovated and contain quality bedding, new oceanfront slider, plush carpeting and furnishings. The house features top quality kitchens and are in excellent condition, including custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, flat screen HD TV's with Blue Ray (in both the family room and lower level bedroom), with expansive high definition channel lineup through Xfinity by Comcast, wireless internet, quality sound system including IPOD lightning dock, leather couches, and renovated bathrooms. We supply sheets, bath towels, beach towels, sand chairs and various floats and children's toys. The house contains new, large capacity washer and dryer. The exterior has an expansive upper deck with unobstructed, magnificent ocean views, and a lower level stone patio. The side deck has a large, hardwood dining table and 8 chairs and Weber Spirit gas grill. Note that we do not rent the other unit. We use it ourselves as our vacation house. When you begin your rental with us, you can be assured that the house will be in absolutely immaculate condition. You will not find a cleaner, better maintained property. Our rental period during the summer runs from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 2:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM. NOTE CAREFULLY - ONCE YOU COMMIT TO RENTING WITH US, WE SEND YOU OUR STANDARD RENTAL AGREEMENT WHICH SETS FORTH IN DETAIL OUR POLICIES. ONCE YOU SIGN THE AGREEMENT AND PAY THE DEPOSIT, IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT YOU HAVE TO CANCEL, UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE PROPERTY, WHICH WE WILL USE BEST EFFORTS TO DO.

About Linda Galvani and Paul Galvani
We purchased the property in 1985 after renting it ourselves for several years. We are constantly making improvements to the property and take great pride in its appearance and condition. We personally manage the property and are very meticulous. We are on the property to greet our tenants when they arrive and are always available either in person or by phone or email.

Beautiful, Clean Property on Exceptional Beach
Our family has spent a week each summer on Shore Drive in Dennis for the last 15 years – and for the past 4-5 years, we have truly enjoyed staying at Paul and Linda’s lovely beachfront rental property with direct ocean access. The house is meticulously clean with fresh bed linens, towels, bath mats, etc. waiting for us at arrival, and new washer and dryer for use during our stay. As a family that loves to cook together it is wonderful to rent a property with a fully operational kitchen equipped with high end stove, dishwasher and a great selection of pots, pans and utensils. Perfect for when our family wants to stay in and enjoy dinner at home after watching a beautiful sunset on the top deck. There is also a high quality gas grill and giant lobster pot we enjoyed using to cook some locally caught seafood.
The view from the upper deck/master bedroom is truly gorgeous and a great sight to wake up to in the morning. The private access to the best beach on the Cape is priceless – and at low tide we enjoyed hours of beach reading, sunbathing and swimming. Paul and Linda also provide plenty of beach chairs, floats, etc. This beach is a great walking beach for when we were inspired to get a bit of exercise in.
The house is close to our favorite Cape grocery store – Dennis Public Market, which has an amazing deli and meat counter, and a very short drive to Chapin’s restaurant which we love visiting for their fabulous food, cocktails and great live music and dancing. An honorable mention goes out to Captain Frosty’s for delicious fried seafood available for takeout!
Paul and Linda keep this property up with pride and use the second half of the house for their personal use. They are easy to contact and extremely accommodating.
We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a special vacation on the Cape, as we have created some wonderful family memories in this home over the years and look forward to many more!
If you enjoy watching the sun set over the water, staying on a private beach with no crowds and hearing waves as you sleep, this home is worth splurging on. Paul and Linda take excellent care of this rental. They make improvements every year and you can tell - it is so well maintained. It is sparkling clean. They provide bedding, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, skim boards, boogie boards, and even a kayak! We used them all and greatly appreciated not having to transport, rent, or buy these things as we flew into MA. Take this into account when you compare rental costs as well as the new washer and dryer. They have thought of everything, including a gas grill, firepit, and tubs of water to rinse sand off your feet at the door.
They only rent out one side, and use the other for their family, so no risk of noisy neighbors. The home has two decks, both with newer composite tables and chairs for dinners outdoors with a view. Dennis is quaint town with shops, some great restaurants (no tourist traps) and two grocery stores.

Additional information about rental rates
Our minimum rental period is one week and runs from Saturday at 2:00 PM to Saturday at 10:00 AM. We will be pleased to answer any questions you may have about the unit, our rental policies and rental agreements - just give us a call. Before asking for a deposit we first speak with you over the phone and then send you a rental agreement for your review and approval.
A deposit is required with a signed rental agreement in order for us to reserve the rental. The balance is due 60 days prior to occupancy together with a refundable security deposit. Payments are non-refundable except in the event of casualty loss or other damage to the unit. If you have to cancel, we will use best efforts to re-rent and will refund your payments less our costs to re-rent.
