Ocean Front at Lae Nani Resort - #234

Aloha! Welcome to our oceanfront condo at the Lae Nani Resort in beautiful Wailula, Kapaa, Kauai. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and the sound of ocean waves, you will immediately realize why the ancient Hawaiians built a sacred temple or Heiau at the very tip of this property. Our third floor oceanfront condo has white-water ocean views and directly overlooks the Heiau.

Enjoy your morning coffee in our spacious balcony lanai as you watch spectacular sunrises. Go for an early morning swim in the huge resort pool. Spend the day at the public beach directly behind the property and Papaloa Cove – you’re only a few steps away. Our beach has a natural lava rock ocean pool that is ideal for children and non-swimmers. You can swim, surf, kayak and even fish along this public beach. And don’t be surprised to see a Hawaiian Monk seal napping under the Papaloa Cove sun every now and then.

'Working holiday'? This is the place for you. We provide free wireless internet and free long distance calls to anywhere in the U.S.

Located on the popular “Coconut Coast” we are walking distance to the Coconut Grove shopping center which boasts many shops and boutiques, art galleries, and fine & casual restaurants. Rather eat a home? Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Or, use the gas BBQ grills located next to the pool and eat your dinner in the balcony lanai and enjoy the glorious twilight. The Lae Nani Resort also has a inviting swimming pool and a tennis court which can also accommodate pickle ball. For your convenience, a large, on-site, coin-operated laundryroom is also available for guests.

Centrally located to many island points of interests, the Lae Nani Resort is only 10 minutes from Lihue International Airport and 2 miles from Kapaa. It is midway between the Kauai North Shore (Princeville, Hanalei, hiking entry to the Napali Coast) and the South Shore towns of Old Koloa Town and Poipu. A little further a field you will find Waimea Canyon, the Grand Canyon of the Pacific.

Nearby outdoor activities are numerous. Like to golf? An inexpensive public course is located a short 5 miles away and a championship golf course only 10 minutes away.
Want to go kayaking or canoeing? Navigate the Wailua River only ½ mile away. You can also take a Wailua River boat tour which can take you all the way into the famed Fern Grotto. Want to learn to surf, kite surf or paddle surf? Equipment can be rented down the block.

Beautiful condo, great location on property, property is amazing. Extra half bath is appreciated, two luggage racks a plus. A few stains on the carpet but otherwise is really clean condition. Would highly recommend friends stay there.

Great location and view

The location is great for traveling to other parts of the island, to stores and restaurants. The view is excellent overlooking the pool and ocean. You can her the ocean waves crashing on the beach and are only steps away from the condo to play in the ocean. The accommodations met our needs and was very clean. The unit could use a few updates but we would not hesitate to stay here again

Beautiful condo in an excellent location

The property is right on the ocean with beautifully landscaped grounds. It has a heated swimming pool, a beach, a protected swimming area in the ocean, and a path connecting the property to nearby beaches. The condo itself has beautiful views of the ocean and is well appointed. The location is excellent for touring all parts of the island, and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We love Lae Nani

Our second time back to Lae Nani. The property is so beautiful and our condo was more than comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, beautiful appliances, blender for my smoothies and 2 types of coffee makers. View from the lanai breathtaking. It has a lovely TV with a sound bar. My personal favorite on the property is the pool. Big as a lake, clean and refreshing. Also love the reef pool as it has a nice group of reef fish that I enjoyed watching with my snorkel. the proximity to Coconut marketplace, Safeway, Ross store and Boss Frogs a huge plus. Yes, we shall return.

Great condo stay

Amazing views from the large lanai of the beautiful grounds and ocean. This spacious condo has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The secure gated complex is close to Coconut Market Place. The owners were easy and prompt to communicate with at all times. We would stay here again. communicate

Wonderful!

Absolutely perfect location, terrific view, very comfortable condo, excellent communication with owner. Very nice trail along shore, Lava Lava restaurant just steps away, Sheraton an easy walk with nice brunch buffet.

Beautiful property, just be aware there’s no A/C

Very nice condo unit, pool and grounds were immaculate, and beautiful view from the balcony. Great central location on the island, tons of good dining options nearby, and free parking. Only downside is there is no air conditioning. We were able to make things work with several fans running but not ideal if you require cooler temps to sleep at night.

A Slice of Heaven Paradise

Heartfelt appreciation to Lina for sharing your lovely 'Slice of Heaven' at Lae Nani with us. Every moment of every day was simply perfect, relaxing and comfortable, all while being at this remarkable Paradise. I have stayed repeated times at Lae Nani through the last decades, yet this was my first at Lina's unit. I loved the location, the view, the tradewinds for constant pure comfort and no need of AC. Everything needed for our entire stay (and more) was provided - even extras like lightweight beach chairs and a cooler for island excursions/picnics. Very clean unit, and communication with owner is excellent. I will certainly look forward to returning Lina, and I thank you - - we had such a lovely time. A We will be back!

Great Vacation

My sister and I took a quick trip to Kauai and ran across this property. Upon arrival, we were even more impressed in person. We will definitely be recommending this jewel and returning again in the future.

Beautiful view! Great location!

The landscaping and pool is immaculate. Very nice and safe condos. Centrally located on the Island so you can go to the south shore or north shore easily - depending on where the weather is best. There are many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is hula dancing and Hawaiian music at the Coconut Market 3 days a week and a farmer’s market Tuesday & Thursday. The Lava Lava Beach Club has live music 7 days a week. Kapa’a is 2 miles away and has plenty of stores, shops and a bike path that follows the coastline for 4 miles. Good times!

Great View

The condo was clean atn comfortable. We had all the amenities we expected and then some, kitchen was well stocked, lots of appliances, beach gear and towels. The view and the constant breeze through the rooms were the best part, it was just so lovely. As a bonus the gardens of the property were spectacular.

We have stayed at Lae Nani before, and love the property and grounds. This condo was excellent! We loved the space and having a second half bath was a great feature. Good views from the lanai across the pool to the ocean! Hope to return again! Mahalo!

Perfect location to see the whole island

The condo unit was great for our young family. The pool is wonderful and the beaches close by offer swimming and good snorkelling. The owners were very responsive to all questions / requests. The location on the island also allows easy trips to the north end and south end of the island which is what we enjoyed - we were able to stay at a great place but also adventure around the island.

Beautiful gardens

Condo was cute the grounds were gorgeous. Close location for shopping. Beach nice pool was amazing Condo rug doesn’t smell so good. Was hard for us seniors to go all the flights of stairs very spacious kitchen well stocked. Nice trip

2024 Kauai Vacation

Amazing View right on Lae Nani beach with a large Lanai, Beautiful and Spacious fully equipped Condo, Perfect Location close to Kapa’a and situated between Princeville and Popiu for easy point to point sight seeing and excursions. Very secure gated condominium complex. Great communication with the property owner Lina. We would definitely stay here again without any hesitations! 10+ Stars…

Fabulous Place, Location, and View

Can't say enough about our stay. Million dollar views, so convenient to some great restaurants and shopping, super helpful host that went above and beyond for us after loosing a condo once already in HI due to mechanical issue, heated pool so windy days its still sooo nice, great grounds and super clean condo!! Breezes are heavenly on the patio and through the condo! Hope to be able to stay again!

This was a phenomenal local area in Kauai, we have never been to Kauai we will be going back Loved our trip...loved the vicinity, just a lot of construction but that just makes it more beautiful for the next stay
