Great amenities, true to the photos online. The only concern was the ongoing renovations in the front of the VRBO; however, this was something they clearly mentioned in their listing so I cannot deduct from the rating. They also left us a gift as a result of the renovations, which was definitely not necessary but greatly appreciated!Leo and Lily are very kind people and made our first time in Vancouver an incredible experience.We will definitely visit again!

Summary: Older, spacious house with spectacular views, but cleanliness & very strict hosts were drawbacks.Pros: Amazing views & very spacious. Adequate shower pressure, comfortable beds. Plenty of paper goods, shower supplies & detergent. Clean pool & hot tub & all bedrooms had an individually controlled AC that worked well.Cons: Property not ready at designated 4pm time. Cleaners still working, outdoor tile being scrubbed, & host collected towels during arrival tour. Cleanliness passable: some toilets/bidets not fully cleaned, some empty soap dispensers, musty/mildewy smelling towels & bathrooms. Older home largely unrenovated. Cramped parking for 2 vans, 1 car usually stayed at the bottom of the driveway.Strict house rules, eating/drinking only in 3 designated areas. No lock for main-floor bedroom with sheer curtains. No indoor standalone full bathroom. Broken oven & kitchen appliances had grease/oil buildup, so used kitchen less than planned.Biggest concern was privacy. Host's living space appears separated from guest area only by a sheer curtain/glass wall. Interactions felt unwelcoming, & arrival tour focused heavily on restrictions. Breaker may have been turned off while we were out & delayed to turn on upon return. Found a bathroom window open despite rules limiting open windows, raising concerns property may be accessed while guests are away with no advance notice.

I recently stayed at this fantastic house in West Vancouver with my friends, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. The house was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect getaway. The spacious living area was beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable space for us to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We loved the outdoor area, which had stunning views and was perfect. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and great dining options. We spent our days exploring the beautiful surroundings and our evenings enjoying the tranquility of the house. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! We can’t wait to come back for another amazing trip with friends!
