Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. We are especially sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns in the bathrooms, the condition of the hot tub, the mold concerns around the air vents, and the problems you experienced with the air conditioning. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter these issues during your vacation. We also regret that the replacement accommodation did not provide the improved experience you were hoping for. Our goal when relocating a guest is to provide a suitable alternative, and we're sorry that we fell short in this situation. Your concerns have been shared with our management, maintenance, and housekeeping teams for review. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and sincerely regret that your stay was not the experience you expected.

Words can't describe how incredibly grateful I am to have worked with such a great company...

Words can't describe how incredibly grateful I am to have worked with such a great company. I know this is supposed to be about the house however the rental company was the first encounter. From start to finish everyone on staff was professional, courteous and more than kind. I would consider this how afain specifically because of my experience with Elliot. They are in a class by itself. I am in the real estate business and deal with rental companies on a resort island. I know them well the services they provide and the manner in which they provide them. I would stack this company up with the best of the best. Thank you so much Elliot, and the owners of Surfside Siesta for a wonderful weekend filled with lasting memories!
