Host advised on day of our arrival that we were moved to a different room due to damage on the flooring. We paid for a quiet relaxing room with an attached private bathroom. ( approximately 375 per night ) we were moved to a downstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom with a man. It was noisy ( snoring) and we were not happy sharing a bathroom !!! Our doors were inches apart so every door opening was heard. Also we had to ask for towels ( booked my husband and myself) and were given one hand towel and one small towel. We have never in our 50years of travel ever slept in a harder more uncomfortable bed !!! We asked for and extra pillow ( not available ) There was only a bottom sheet on the bed and a comforter, no top sheet. All in all we would not recommend staying here. Sorry Annie- you did respond to our asks fairly quickly though.

Everything was based on your agreement in advance. When you mentioned you needed more towels, we immediately responded and provided you with standard-size large and small towels. The bed and pillows are standard and have never been reported as uncomfortable by any other guest. The bed was properly wrapped with both a bottom sheet and a top sheet, we tucked them in very well for your comfort. The listing was accurately represented, and we provided timely responses to all your requests. You were asking for way too much, even more than what was provided in the listing, but we still tried our best to satisfy your requests. Your review does not accurately reflect the reality of the property or the accommodations provided.
