A little hiccup with check-in as the door keypad battery had died. Waited in a nearby restaurant while someone came and fixed it. Room was as advertised, simple necessities, good location and a quiet area.

Good location for the activities we had in East Village. However the unit was dusty, lots of spiders and cabwebs, the potential for this unit is enormous if it was cleaned regularly. Blinds are not up to par and there are lots of light penetration through the blinds.
