Thank you for your feedback. We do want to clarify that this condo does not have a hot tub, and a hot tub has never been listed or advertised as an amenity for this property. We work hard to make sure our listings clearly outline exactly what each home offers, so guests know what to expect before booking. That said, we are sorry to hear that parts of the condo did not meet expectations for cleanliness. That is certainly not the standard we strive for, and we will be sharing this feedback with our housekeeping team so they can review and address the areas that may have been missed.
