Beautiful property! We loved how close we were to the lake and the village. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Overall, I was not satisfied. the place seemed way bigger when booking compared to when we got there. Listing says it sleeps 14 people and that's a stretch. we were 9 people and needed to sleep on couch and floor. The main complaint was no working Air Conditioning. I reached out to host various different ways but received no answers. This made the stay unenjoyable and uncomfortable. Also, the couch was broken upon arrival, the retractable shade on patio was broken, no place to walk around house because located off bust street in small neighborhood.
This place was beautiful and matched the pictures. It was a great location and had everything you needed in the house. Modern, clean, and cozy. The key reasons for the 3 star review are:1) the air conditioning was not really working and so it was around 80 degrees during the keys times we needed it cool: late afternoon and bedtime. It was only cool in the early morning and late at night when we could get it cooled down from the air outside. 2) the hot tub was not working the first night or the second day. We had to call them to bring someone to get it fixed. They responded and got it working by Day 2. 3) the awning for shade on the porch was broken and would not roll out.
Overall the property was nice for my family. There were a few concerning things I feel like it’s worth noting… When we arrived, there were roughly 7 wasps dead on the ground. We assume they entered the house via the hole in the wall that supports the AC unit (which btw didn’t work for us)… The makeup wipes that were on the bathroom counters were all dried up & not useful. With the wasps on the floor the dried up makeup wipes, it made me wonder when the place was cleaned last.Lastly, we tried to communicate to the host about the dead wasps & we felt like they kept giving us different phone numbers to contact vs having someone reach out to us to make it easy & seamless. BL: the location was nice - we’d give this place a try again.
