Gorgeous Mountain Condo Near Purgatory Ski Resort

Welcome! Here we have a nicely appointed one bedroom condo near Purgatory Ski Resort. This little slice of heaven is located 26 miles north of Durango Colorado and is close to high mountain hiking trails, ghost towns, fishing and endless exploring. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances for cooking; all you need is your ingredients. The bedroom has a new king bed, comfy sheets and covers. You can stream the TV in the bedroom and there is a convenient phone charging station on the nightstand. Our cozy living room has a pull-out queen bed for guests, also with new sheets and covers. There is a smart TV for streaming along with a DVD player for your viewing, and an additional phone charging station. Snuggle up in front of the fireplace in the living room area. Wood is provided with your stay. The bathroom and shower tile have been recently updated.
This lower-level condo has access to the outside through the beautiful patio area via gate access. This is an inside unit facing away from the highway, so you will not be bothered with road noise.
We have plenty of fun options for day trips near the condo. These include a relaxing soak and lunch at the Pagosa Hot Springs, the beautiful mountains of Telluride, historic Mesa Verde, and of course Silverton and Ouray which make this condo a great base camp for all your adventures in the beautiful San Juan mountains.
There are endless hiking trails, mountain biking trails, fishing, ATV and UTV trails, etc. Purgatory Ski Resort also has plenty to do in every season for the whole family. The town of Durango is 26 miles south with shopping, dining, rafting, walking trails, and our gorgeous Animas River. And of course, the biggest tourist attraction yet, the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad which departs from Durango and is complete with a full museum displaying this wonderful piece of history.
