Make yourself at home in our "home away from home". Lots of winter actives 1 1/2 mile from ski lifts (complimentary ski shuttle) Skiing, snowmobiling, tubing, ride the train or watch movies by a cozy fire.

So much to do in the summer, you'll run out of days....Jeeping to old mining towns, soaring thru the Aspens, golfing, water rafting, fly fishing, horseback riding, mountain biking or motorcycle riding.

Make sure you visit Mesa Verde & Ride the train to Silverton!

Awesome condo

We had a great time. Condo had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, shuttle was convenient, beds were comfortable. Great place, would definitely come back.

Graduation Trip

Perfect way to ski Colorado

Property was perfect for family of 4. Pool is a short walk. Ski shuttle runs a couple of times a day but we just dove the 1.5 miles (super close) and parked in the car pool lot. Would stay again!

Great proximity to slopes

This condo was super convenient to the ski slopes. It was great to have parking underneath the condo to stay out of the weather elements. The condo itself was cozy. I would stay here again. Would recommend.

Lovely condo

Condos in the mountains with lots of trails around. The complex wasn’t too big, not too small. We enjoyed the gym, pool & hot tub. The condo was well equipped for all your comforts. We would stay here again.

This was perfect for a quick weekend in town for a wedding. The owner was very nice and responsive, the home was very comfortable and nice, and even the property manager was wonderful! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Great Access to skiing!

The property was clean and as described. Ski shop is on the property for added convenience and rates for rental equipment are good. We had a great powder and the skiing was just phenomenal. The shuttle provides great transportation to Purgatory and it took less than 10 minutes.

Great Ski Weekend

This place is everything that was promised. We stay at a VRBO at least twice a year and this one is super clean, a great location and easy check-in check-out. A five star for sure. We skied all day then drove the very short distance(less than 5 min.) to this cozy place in the evenings. It had plenty of space for my husband and I plus our two teenagers. Cozy living room to watch football and everything we needed in the kitchen. I loved having two full bathrooms. We ate in town two nights and that is a longer but easy drive. We also drove out to Ouray one day. What a beautiful drive! Highly recommended this place if you are skiing Purgatory.

We were here for skiing at Purgatory. This was the perfect location! Close to the slopes, covered parking! Plenty of firewood for the fireplace! The pictures don’t show just how awesome this place is. Two bathrooms, master bedroom upstairs. Full kitchen! We cooked and had most meals in the condo. The ski locker was awesome to store gear! This condo is SO cozy and was perfect for us. We hope to stay here again. The kids loved the pool at the main lodge too! We were there with lots of snow falling and the drives were being cleared constantly. We never had to worry about being able to get in or out due to snow.

Harley Heaven

Perfect location for a group of Harley enthusiasts to make make their hub for a long weekend. Accommodations were wonderful, hosts were very helpful and location was beautiful. We plan to stay again.

Summer fun

Nice condo and facilities at Cascade. Enjoyed the pickleball courts when sunny and the game room, pool when raining. We spent a lot of time biking at Purgatory in the mornings, so being close was a plus.

Even better than the pictures!

Enjoyed our time at this condo so much! It was super clean and comfortable with everything we needed including a crock pot. We were only 5 min from the slopes. There was wood provided for the fireplace but no kindling so bring your own fire starter.

Amazing memories

This was a wonderful place to stay. Absolutely loved it. It was very clean and loved the decor; it felt like home. It was very comfortable and relaxing to stay in. We loved coming back to it after each days fun activities. Would highly recommend this place to stay. Great place to make life long memories.
