Enjoy modern sophistication in this elegant condo just one block from Main Street in Downtown Bozeman and all it has to offer. From stellar eateries and shopping to all outdoor activities, there is something for everyone! Our goal is to provide you with an unforgettable living experience while on vacation. We offer the perfect place to call home during your stay at Loft503, located at the intersection of Mendenhall & Church Ave in the heart of Historic Downtown Bozeman.

* 2 Outdoor Spaces – one balcony with a grill and seating and a very large patio with a fire-table and lounge area
* Fully equipped kitchen, bar area, and BBQ facilities
* VRBozeman`s concierge and maintenance team at your fingertips!

You have access to Loft503, the downstairs patio with a fire pit and ample seating, balcony with a built-in grill and seating, fully equipped bar area, and cruiser bikes to take a ride around town! There is one off street parking space included with your stay.

Guests shall receive access to the unit on the day of arrival by lock code. Remote customer service is available 24/7. To reach us, please respond to our emails and text messages. For repairs and maintenance, please let us know of the issue as soon as possible. Please note that repairs and NON-EMERGENCIES will be scheduled during regular business hours between 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. In the event you have a property EMERGENCY please message us immediately. For all medical and other emergencies please call 911.

Bozeman is referred to as one of the “most livable places” for good reason! It is surrounded by mountains and rivers and offers unending opportunities no matter what time of year it is. Located in the heart of Downtown Bozeman, VRBozeman`s properties offer something for everyone. In the warmer months you can explore the mountains, fly fish on world renowned rivers and streams, mountain bike on miles of trails and enjoy several other outdoor activities. In the winter you are 45 minutes from the largest ski resort in America, Big Sky and 15 minutes from the local hill Bridger Bowl. There is Nordic skiing, snow shoeing, ice climbing, hunting, snowmobiling and much more. If you need a break from the outdoors don’t fret. Bozeman has amazing eateries, shops, nightlife and offers a rich arts and cultural experience with a number of galleries, museums and historical points of interest. This area is perfect for a family getaway, a romantic vacation, or even a solo trip. Come and explore all that the vibrant city of Bozeman has to offer!

All VRBozeman properties are conveniently located just a block away from Main Street Bozeman making getting around very easy. If you do not have a car during your visit, it is convenient to utilize Uber/Lyft. If you are looking for speedier way around town there are Bird scooters for public use. Downtown Bozeman is very walkable so if you are looking to stay around Main Street walking around can be the best way to make sure you don’t miss a thing!

Perfect location

If you want to be close to downtown Bozeman, the loft is perfect. It also has all the amenities you will need. We enjoyed the modern design and local photos. We will definitely stay again.

Great location and really enjoyed the property, layout and amenities. Very well thought out design and items for use throughout. We would definitely stay here again. Not necessarily a complaint, but worth noting the people in the business below could be heard.

Beautiful and clean loft

This is a gorgeous loft that has been very thoughtfully equipped with the guest in mind. The location is absolutely perfect for accessing Main Street but the hidden gem is the outdoor patio area! Great place.

Perfect location

We were a party of three coming to celebrate a 50th birthday. The loft was perfect. Super close walking distance to downtown Bozeman, quiet neighborhood, awesome layout and finishes, two great outdoor areas to enjoy and great host communication. We will definitely stay here for our next Bozeman getaway!

Incredible rental experience

This place is gorgeous and modern and comfy all wrapped up in a perfect location. Easy to walk to all downtown restaurants/shopping as well as get on the highway to Yellowstone. The staff is soooo accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great place for a couple

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of May, weather did not cooperate, but it did not matter as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I can see where it might be tight for 4 adults (seating and eating) but this place was perfect for the 2 of us. Hint: be sure to have the "stay guide" handy as we used it more than once ;-)

Christmas in Bozeman!

This is a great condo. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and high tech. You can’t beat the location, being a. block from downtown. I would like to stay there sometime when the weather is warmer, and enjoy the porch, bikes, deck, and grill.

Stay at the Loft Bozeman

Our second stay at the loft was even better than the first. This is the best place we’ve ever stayed across all the trips where we’ve rented a home. It has every amenity possible and is right in the heart of downtown Bozeman. The team that supports your stay is amazing, proactive and responsive. It’s on the costlier side but worth it based on all you get with it.
