HOUSE RULES and Special requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the condo must be one of the occupants.
Monthly Minimum Rentals. 'No Broken Months allowed'
3 week advance booking normally required for Association approval.
Credit check.
Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Pets 'Strictly enforced by the Condo Association'
No Parties.
No Trailers.
Check-in is after 4 pm
Check-out is before 10 am
