This beautifully decorated 2200 square foot condo is located just steps from Indian Rocks Beach and the Gulf of Mexico in the small but lovely Island Sands complex.

The condo is located on the Gulf side of Gulf Boulevard- so no streets to cross to get to the beach. Plus, a peek a boo side view of the Beach and Gulf from the very large balcony.

The condo is completely equipped with everything you need, including new furniture and comfortable updates throughout. Each bedroom has cable TV, and it's own full bathroom. The first master bedroom features a king sized bed, TV, walk in closet, plus a large attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaker tub with jets. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed, it's own TV, and a private attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed, and is right next to the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This roomy condo sleeps 6 and would be perfect for three couples traveling together!

The main living space boast a an open concept and easy access from the living room to the dining room and kitchen. The main space features a huge living room with a very comfortable sectional and chair, a flat screen smart TV, plus a DVD player, for relaxing and enjoying a night at home after a long day at the beach. There are two dining tables with plenty of seating for everyone, plus bar stool seating for a quick bite to eat. The kitchen is updated and has all the necessities and tools you'll need to cook up your favorite home cooked meals and snacks.

The beautiful sundeck and swimming pool are just steps away from the ocean, and a short walk through the parking garage- no roads to cross! You will also enjoy the gas grill (shared with complex) on the sundeck to grill your fresh catch or some burgers!

There is a washer and dryer for your convenience, linens and towels are provided, and a few beach towels. Free wifi throughout the entire unit for you to stay connected and share all of your awesome vacation photos, too! You have two assigned covered parking spots for your personal use in the garage.

*Please note- there is no elevator at this complex. This unit is located one floor up, above the garage, meaning you will have to walk up one flight of stairs.

You are within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. CVS Drugstore is about 500 yards down the street, plus surf shops, ice cream, coffee shop, bakery, etc. Be sure to go to the Splash Park and water park over by the Holiday Inn Harborside, just a short walk from the condo. Visit the Clearwater Beach area for more award winning beaches, amazing restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration or check out Johns Pass to experience the waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. Don't forget about famous John's Pass Fishing Village and Boardwalk with so many more things to do, places to eat, and fun for everyone in your group.

The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.
