Enjoy a private 2-level home in a quiet Surrey neighborhood, ideal for families, groups, business travelers, and longer stays. With 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, private parking for up to 5 vehicles, and convenient access to SkyTrain and Surrey Central, this home gives large groups the space and comfort to stay together while still enjoying their own privacy.

KITCHEN
The spice kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, kettle, cookware, utensils, and dishwasher.
** Important:The main kitchen and dishwasher are not available for cooking or washing. Please use the spice kitchen.

PARKING & LOCATION
Private driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles, plus nearby street parking. Close to **SkyTrain, Surrey Central, shopping, restaurants**, with easy access to Downtown Vancouver and the airport.

PRIVACY
Guests have full private access to all guest areas. The owner resides in a private area on the basement level with a separate entrance and does not share any living spaces with guests.

THINGS TO KNOW
Check-in from 4:00 PM | Check-out by 11:00 AM
No smoking indoors. Exterior security camera is located at the entrance only; no indoor cameras. Check-in instructions are provided 1 day before arrival.

Light meals with registered guests are welcome. No parties or events, DJs, loudspeakers, outdoor gatherings, or amplified sound. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Events require advance approval and may incur additional fees.

We respect your privacy while remaining available via VRBO messaging, text, or phone whenever you need assistance.

The house was as described. Plenty of room for the 11 of us traveling together. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. The couches and sitting area were comfortable. All in all a nice stay!

Tom was very friendly and responsive. The house worked so well for our party of 9 people. It was so nice to stay somewhere with so many bedrooms and bathrooms, and multiple comfy spaces to hang out together.

The host was very helpful when we had a request during our stay. It was wonderful that every bedroom had its own bathroom. We were concerned that it was advertised as parking up to 10 cars. We had some family cancel this trip so we only had 2 cars. If we had all of the family there it would have been 4 cars and it would have been a tight squeeze as the parking is stacked 2 deep, front to back, in the parking area and the host had 2 to 3 cars parked in the area also. There was plenty of kitchen space, but since the main kitchen was not to be used for cooking, the kitchen people were isolated in the prep kitchen during meal prep and clean up.

This house was great for our family vacation to start for a couple of nights. It is beautiful and in a great location just a short walk to bus ride to the sky train which is a great way to get around. There is also a market nearby for any food needs. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking to travel to Vancouver!
