Luxury Beach Cottage for Families on the North Shore of Anna Maria Island

Beach chic meets casual elegance in this brand new ground level cottage only steps away from the best beach on Anna Maria Island. The Beach Cottage is across the street from the soft white sand beach and turquoise waters. At dusk watch the most spectacular sunset over the water on the best spot on the Island, Bean Point. Pine Street is just a few blocks away where you can bike to your favorite local eateries and shops.

The first room you enter at The Beach Cottage is a large screened in porch with plenty of seating for relaxing, reading a book, drinking your morning coffee, or your glass of wine after dinner. From the screened in porch you enter the large family room complete with comfy couches for an entertaining family game or movie night. The Beach Cottage is equipped with a large gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances. Right outside of the kitchen is a gas Weber grill to maybe enjoy your fresh catch of the day next to your private heated pool. There are two master bedrooms, both with king size beds. One of the master bedrooms has its own private bathroom while the other has a pocket door to the shared bathroom. The kids room, which sleeps four, has custom built bunk beds complete with reading lights and book shelves. Each of the bedrooms have smart TVs.

We had the most amazing stay over thanksgiving, everything was absolutely perfect !Beautiful beach cottage with 2 huge bedrooms for the adults with very comfy beds, and a room with 2 bunks which the kids loved, especially watching movies in bed as a treat :) The kitchen had everything we needed and more.The pool was lovely and warm with plenty of beach towels provided and a dreamy outdoor shower ! Thank you for such a fantastic stay we hope to return soon :)

This is the perfect home for a couple, friends, or family. It was clean and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The outdoor amenities (pool, outdoor shower, and grill/patio) were spot on! And location.....you absolutely can not beat the location of this property! We would 100% book another stay here for out next trip to AMI.

Lovely beach cottage with a great location.

The beach cottage was exactly as advertised, well appointed and thoughtfully laid out with a perfect amount of space for my husband, our 3 kids and my parents. Loved the location on the north end of the island, very close to beach access with a quieter beach. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay, house was in a great location, easy walk to the beach. It was clean an updated and the pool was private and nice as well. Kids used the 2 bikes provided which was a perk as well.

Wonderful beach cottage

The beach cottage was beautiful! The location couldn’t be beat ... only a short walk to the beach and close to all the dining and shopping on Pine Ave! It was perfect for our family getaway and our girls loved everything about it! The pool was awesome to relax in after a morning at the beach. We will be back for sure!

Why they chose this property

Billy and I have been visiting AMI regularly since we first started dating. We now have 4 kids and our family not only loves the island life, but also how at home we feel on AMI. The Beach Cottage caught our eye for its location on the North End of the Island, its charm, and its focus on family-centered living. Our favorite part of vacationing on AMI are walking to the soft, white sand beach at dusk and watching the most stunning sunsets over the Gulf. Our Family has truly found a dream vacation home!
