Welcome to our Davis Islands (DI) family home.
 
Davis Islands is a charming quiet neighborhood in Tampa Bay that has been named one of the best places to live in America because of its golf cart community lifestyle that offers walking trails along the water, restaurants/shops/salons/spas, playground, pharmacy, post office, gas station, bank (Bank of America), public boat ramp, Marjorie Park Marina, Sandra W. Freedman Tennis Complex, Roy Jenkins Swimming Pool, Peter O. Knight Airport, Davis Islands Yacht Club with pool and marina, while also being just minutes away by car to all the main attractions that you will want to visit.

Our renovated 2 Bedroom/1.5 Bath home is nestled in a family neighborhood surrounded by water that is a short walk to the Seddon Channel where you can fish and watch the boats/cruise ships come and go from the Port of Tampa. Jose Gaspar’s pirate ship comes down the channel for our annual Gasparilla Festival Parade.

Kitchen: the kitchen has stainless steel appliances that comes fully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook a family meal. (pots/pans, dishes/glasses, utensils, coffee maker, tea pot, etc...). The kitchen bar area overlooking the family room allows you to cook while also being part of all the fun.

Dining Room: located next to the kitchen offers a quieter more intimate setting to share a meal with family and friends.

Laundry Room: comes with a fully functional washer and dryer.

Family Room: comes with a cable-ready flat-screen TV.

Free WIFI: our home offers comfortable areas to work, read, and stream movies.

Courtyard: the paved courtyard located in front of the home is enclosed by a private stained fence that is directly connected to the carport.

Backyard: the backyard has a beautiful wooden deck that overlooks a spacious landscaped yard that is completely enclosed by a private fence. There is also an outside storage area that contains a Weber Charcoal BBQ Grill, mobile wood burning fire pit, and patio furniture.
