Welcome to our spacious ground-floor 2BR/1BA condo in Indian Shores, just across the street from the Gulf (about 30 feet). Start mornings on your private fenced patio on Gulf Blvd, spend beach days strolling the shoreline, then come home to a heated pool, propane grills, and even a new putting green.
Inside, you’ll find a large, fully stocked kitchen with brand-new appliances, comfortable living space, and easy sleeping for up to 4 guests:
Primary: King bed
Second: Queen bed

Resort perks: heated pool, grills, putting green, and fishing off the dock (with proper license).

Parking: 1 spot included with valid pass.

Laundry: on-site credit-card laundry with full-size machines.

Super cute, clean place in an excellent location! It was a little rainier than usual during our trip, and we appreciated having a bright, cheerful rental to wait out the storms. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance or a short drive. The best part was being just a few steps from the white sand beach, perfect for catching rays, swimming in the ocean or going for a run. Deanna was responsive and friendly the few times we needed to communicate during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this super clean beach condo in Indian Shores. The unit is perfectly located with direct access to the beach, making it easy to go from the room to the sand in minutes.There are also plenty of walkable coffee shops and restaurants nearby, which made everything really convenient. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the host provided clear, detailed directions that made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.Highly recommend for an easy, relaxing beach getaway!

Deanna is a great host! Very kind, quick communication. The condo was wonderful- SUPER clean, very comfortable beds and great AC. A friend and I stayed for 4 nights. The location to the beach couldn’t be better. We also enjoyed our time at the pool.

If you’re considering the area don’t hesitate to book Deanna’s place! All you need is your bathing suit and toothbrush! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, amazing location across the street from the beach access, nice patio, all the beach essentials provided, shared propane grills, putting green, awesome pool with intercoastal access with dock for fishing! It’s close to John’s Pass (only 13min drive), restaurants, breweries, Salt Rock Grill right next door, as well as Mini Golf 2 min walk away. We enjoyed lots of local returants and a French bakery working walking distance. Deanna was so friendly, excellent communication, quick responses and accommodating. We had a blast with our young kids and will definitely be back!

Perfect set up for 3 ladies to enjoy the beach! The beds were so comfy, the amenities were more than expected (community gas grills, beach wagon and chairs,)Very affordable parking for our extra vehicles .5 miles away, only 6 a day!?!There’s a convenience store called Beach Connections that has pretty much anything you need and is a 5 min walk right down the main road. There is a pedestrian crossing right outside of back patio that takes you right to the beach, very safe and well lit. Everyone we interacted with were friendly & helpful. The kitchen is well stocked & has nice glassware, dishes and bbq tools.We will definitely be back!!

Amazing condo! It was perfect for our family of four! It had everything you could want and more! Deanna was very communicative about all check-in procedures. The storage container out back was full of chairs, a wagon, toys and more! Pictures don’t do the condo justice. It’s updated and super clean and cute! You literally walk out the patio fence and right across the street is beach access. You can’t get any closer without being directly on the beach! We will definitely stay here again!

My family of four just stayed five nights in this condo and it was perfect. It feels brand new and is stocked with everything you will need. There is a full kitchen, dinning room/living room area and the beds were extremely comfortable. Best of all was the patio area on Gulf Blvd right across from the beautiful beach. You can view the beach while you eat or drink. It was just a short walk across the street right on to the beach for easy access. The resort grounds and pool are also very nice. I definitely recommend this condo for anyone who wants a Florida beach vacation.

Dena’s condo was perfect for us! It’s very modern, clean, the beds and pillows are super comfy and it was stocked with all the essentials. It’s right on Gulf Blvd super close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We needed a bandage for my grandson and found she had a first aid kit in the bathroom. Dena is super easy to get a hold of and responds quickly. I had a few questions prior to booking and appreciated her promptness and kindness. We will definitely rent from her again!

This property was perfect! The aesthetic of the place was so nice, very clean with everything nicely updated! The shower was wonderful, the linens provided were great, and the bed was so comfortable! The location was also great! Short walk to 2 different coffee shops and Salt Rock Grill right next door with exceptional food! Also this unit is perfect location located directly across from the beach access. It was a 1-2min walk right to the beach! Also provided with the property is beach chairs which were very nice! The pool was located toward the back of the property but also not a bad walk and had a great view of the sound. We actually saw dolphins swimming one afternoon. I would highly recommend this property!

We’ve stayed at this complex many times over the past 15 years and this unit is one of the best! Super clean, updated, well appointed and cozy. I believe it is the unit that is THE closest to the beach out of the entire resort. 1 min walk out the back door, incredibly convenient. Lots of chairs, noodles etc.A couple things that truly make a unit stand out: THE BED. King bed was super comfortable and comparable to ours at home. SHOWER HEAD. The water pressure and shower head were fantastic. Trying to get sand out of your hair with bad water pressure is a nightmare. Not a problem here! Hot water in demand was great too. Super smooth check in/out. Overall a stress free and lovely getaway. We will keep the property saved for sure for future IRB trips!

How do I even begin? My husband, daughter, and I were craving a quick little escape, and somehow we stumbled upon an absolute coastal treasure with Deanna’s place. From the second we opened the door, it felt like our own beachy paradise. Hands down, this is one of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at.The condo is cozy, stylish, and beautifully put together with lovely décor, modern touches, gorgeous furnishings, and even an amazing rain shower head that felt heavenly after a long beach day. The place was spotless from top to bottom.Deanna truly thought of everything. There was a wine bucket for relaxing on the porch, a blender for piña coladas, beach chairs, and even a cart for easy trips to the sand. Honestly, all you need is a swimsuit and a toothbrush. Step out onto the back porch and you’re practically right at the beach access crosswalk. It could not have been more convenient.The pool area was absolutely dreamy with tons of seating and beautiful bay views that made every morning coffee and sunset feel extra special. We especially loved unwinding there after long beach days and listening to the peaceful waves.Deanna was also incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. She even gave us a heads up mid trip that maintenance would briefly be working on the water so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced.This place gave us the perfect mix of relaxation, family memories, and beachside magic. We loved it so much, we’ve already booked our next stay back.

We enjoyed our week staying at this condo. It was clean and perfect for our family. We have stayed at this resort before but not in this particular condo. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends. The room had beach chairs and toys that was helpful for our stay.
