Beautiful, large, airy and light filled 3 bedroom apt in the heart of Little Falls NY. It is a 3rd floor walkup with front and rear access. Parking for one vehicle and off street parking is available. One block from the Hospital and less than a five minute walk to Main Street shopping. Great Location, quiet and charming! Privacy is guaranteed.

The space is large and private, plenty of room for 3 couples or a family if you are looking for a getaway for a weekend or longer and if your a party of two even better..more room to hang out..:-)

Guests have access to the entire apartment. There is a kitchen, fully stocked for in home dining if desired. There is a full dining room for dinner parties..Long hallway which leads to bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower combo and 2 bedrooms across the hall from bathroom., one has a king size bed and the other a full size bed. The end of the hallway leads into the cozy LR which can seat everybody comfortably to watch a movie..The front room off of the LR is also Living area but can be closed off to be utilized as third bedroom with a queen bed and a twin to king trundle bed. The apartment is large and comfortable and has wifi.

There is no smoking or pets allowed. No parties although a dinner party is ok amongst yourselves..If you desire visitors then a conversation is needed. It is an apartment building and loud unruly behavior is not allowed. My 2 tenants are nurses and have unusually long schedules so loud boisterous parties are not allowed. They are respectful and quiet and I expect the same of my guests. I am on the premises as well from time to time and am locally situated..a few blocks from the building. There is no laundry in unit however I do offer laundry services if you need and that would be complimentary. There is a laundermat in town if you desire that, if you are staying for a longer period.

Please note that the base rate is for two people and anybody over two people there will be an additional surcharge per night to accommodate extra wear and tear, bedding etc.
