Amazing Second Row Home with private salt water in ground pool

Welcome to Isle Praise! Our home is a four bedroom, four bath slice of heaven! This single family home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, located on the second row with a fabulous ocean view from all four bedrooms, the great room and kitchen. The beach access is right across the road! Easy access to the beach, which is gorgeous with large dunes, wide beach and family oriented.

The floor plan is perfect for small families. All four bedrooms face the ocean and have private access to the huge deck. The master suite has a king bed with a smart tv, and private master bath. There are two queen bedrooms that each have custom decorated walls/ headboards, and a smart tv, and their own access to the deck. Drink your morning coffee on the deck while watching dolphins and shrimp trawlers cruise by! Magical! Lastly, there is a bedroom with a twin over full bunkbed - perfect for children. There are two more bathrooms located across the hallway from the bedrooms with custom stain glass windows that provide privacy! There is a door that can be closed off from the bedrooms to the main living area - perfect for putting kids down for a nap or the early risers not wanting to wake everyone up!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! There are two refrigerators - one in the kitchen and another in the garage for easy access to grilling or beverages.

The outside living area by the pool is stunning! Want to escape and enjoy a place where you can relax or watch your children swim in our private salt water pool? This outdoor living space is what people enjoy the most! There is a round table with chairs and a bar area with a built in wine cooler. It is a great space to play games or just sit back and enjoy the ocean breeze! The double swings allow you to chill out while enjoying the ocean view, or the night time sky while listening to the rhythm of the ocean!

There is a poolside restroom, along with an outdoor shower with hot/ cold water. There is grill available for your use.

Absolutely no pets allowed.

Beach chairs / umbrellas, some pool toys, floats available for your use! We also have bicycles for your use.

Come stay at our home and you will fall in love with Isle Praise just as we have!

Donna is an excellent host. Quick responses and informative. The house was OVERLY equipped with all we needed and more! Even for my little toddler! Very clean rooms and bathrooms and kitchen. The pool was extremely clean and refreshing. Beach access right across road which made it wonderful with the toddler being with us. Would definitely recommend this beautiful space Donna so graciously shares with us!!

Exceptional, highly recommend

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Isle Praise. No need left unmet, just steps to the beach which was wonderful with having young grandchildren. The pool was beautiful, with convenient shower and bathroom. Especially loved the outdoor space for eating, lounging and gathering with family. The deck was wonderful for early morning view of the ocean, quiet location. The inside is just as beautiful, kitchen well stocked with anything needed. Highly recommend.

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and very comfortable house. The inside was very clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were down a long hallway were quiet and had comfortable beds. The outside was amazing. The pool very relaxing and lots of areas to either sit or swing and listen to the ocean. Corn hole was a big hit. The house is just across from a beach access. The Owner Donna is so nice and helpful. We had an issue and she was so quick to respond and help. Check in and out was a breeze.

A Little Bit of Heaven

This is the best house ever. It was so clean. They have truly thought of everything. The outdoor seating was perfect. You could do shade or sunshine with plenty of seating for both. The pool is refreshing. We loved the outdoor shower. It is truly a little bit of Heaven on earth.

Fantabulous!!

What an awesome place! We spent most of our time outside by the pool. Cornhole, swimming and swinging until bedtime!! The host also made sure we checked in and out with no problems. Highly recommend!! Will definitely go back!!

Amazing rental home

We stayed at Isle Praise for 2 weeks. Our children and grandchildren (3 yo and 1 yo) were with us that first week. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. From the moment we walked in, we felt relaxed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were also beautifully decorated. Beach access is right across the street. But the best feature is the salt water pool. We spent a lot of time there on red flag days at the beach. The grandkids loved it! We were in contact with Donna a couple of times during our stay, and she was very responsive. What a lovely person. I cannot recommend Isle Praise enough. Beautiful home, perfect location and a wonderful host. We will definitely rent Isle Praise again.

Excellent!

If I could choose 6 stars I would have, the house was immaculate and the outdoor living space was exceptional. Would 100% stay again. The beach access is right across the road, all the beach chairs, toys and umbrellas we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and just far enough away from the main shops area that there was very little traffic. Highly, highly recommend.

Summer Beach trip

We enjoyed our beach week at this beautiful house. Donna was so nice and helpful. She sent us information for a very easy check in at the house. The house was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms had ocean views and comfortable beds. The outside area with the pool was awesome too! Loved swimming and swinging listening to the ocean. Beach access is right across the street. I would highly recommend this vacation house and our family would like to return sometime soon.

Great Stay

This was our second stay at Isle Praise in two years. The place is great for kids, they loved going to the beach, and coming back to the pool.

The listing does not do the property justice - the fantastic outdoor space is even better than pictured. Great long hallway with bedrooms along one side and bathrooms across hall on other side - with door that shuts to main living and kitchen area - perfect for putting little ones down for naps and earlier bed times!

Family Vacation

Perfect Location!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. Everything you could need was provided, which was great to not have to pack a ton of extras. As a mom of 3 young boys, I could have not asked for a better house with a great pool, outdoor area and location to the beach! Donna was also super quick to respond with anything we needed. This was our first time to Emerald Isle and the location and there was a lot to do if you decide to venture out. We will definitely be back and continue to make great memories.

Perfect!

Spent some pre deployment leave here with family. House is perfectly set up for fun at the pool/beach. No words/listing could describe how perfect. Pool is integrally designed into space under the stilts. Outdoor shower, plus full finished with everything bathroom right next to it. We had Kids literally in the pool/ocean from sunrise to sunset. There's also an outside bar if your party is more adult. Everything was soo convenient! Thank you Donna and Clint. PS the actual inside the house and balcony with ocean view with sliding glass doors to it from each bedroom was also pefect. :).

Isle Praise is a slice of heaven! It is situated high up on a dune, on the second row with a fabulous ocean view! We fell in love with Isle Praise as soon as we entered the outdoor living area, which includes a spacious outdoor dining area and private in ground pool with a spectacular view. We were sold even before we saw the interior, which includes so many custom touches! It is our happy place and we think you will love it too!
