Welcome to our Apartment,

Located on the fifth floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, A/C, space, large terrace, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, Wi-Fi...

In this large studio you will find a bedroom area with a comfortable sofa bed with TV, a bathroom with shower and WC, a kitchen as well as access to the large and furnished terrace.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle.



Access



The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don't hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it.

We will be there to advise you before and during your stay, available by phone or by email to answer any questions and make sure you spend a great stay at your home away from home.



Neighborhood



The calm and residential area offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops…and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 10 minutes on foot. Walk along Garibaldi Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Durandy. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 150m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Ville » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Parking Marshall.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
