This upscale 1.5 story, multi-family sized executive home has a total of 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 12 rooms and over 4,700 square feet of finished area. The beautiful acre scenic lot has direct river frontage and great views from the multi-level decking.

The rooms include a loft balcony overlooking two story family room with stone fireplace, sunroom, main floor master bedroom and main floor laundry, plus a light and bright recreation room in the walkout lower level. Top this off with a 1,000 sq. ft. attached garage. Ideal for 1-2 families for the best in northern Michigan vacationing.

Nice home on pretty river

We liked the property and overall it worked well for our group of 12. One thing we didn't realize is that the extra bedroom that sleeps up to 5 is accessed through another bedroom that sleeps up to 4. The Cedar River is very pretty and there is even a little wading area near Schuss Mountain Road. We found many things to enjoy (hiking, kayaking, breweries, wineries, lakes) within about a 15-minute drive. The house was very clean, but the back deck didn't appear to have been swept or cleaned recently.

This area is just beautiful and the river is very peaceful. The home is very spacious to host a large group of people. Wonderful house in a beautiful spot!

We had 14 people ranging in age from 7 to 74 and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect and looked like it had been freshly painted. We cooked a bunch and had pretty much everything we needed!

Was a great time, needed a place to hold multiple for a golf tournament and this house didn’t disappoint. Plenty of bathrooms and beds, nice view of the lake.

Great time

Met up with family from Virginia, Wisconsin and Michigan. Enjoyed a relaxing time. Bellaire is a cut little town, and we also went the the Alden spice shop, cute little stores. Also went to Traverse city for putt putt and The Coin slot, for a retro pinball experience. All fun. Beds super comfortable, loved ping pong and walking down to the river.

Family stay

We rented the house for a family vacation, nice quiet area, fire pit and nice gathering area for game night, the Upstairs loft with the three beds didn’t have any AC vents so it was too hot to sleep in comfortably the first night, nice creek by the house to go down to, if it was cleared out more it would be a great area to hang around. Other than those two things was a nice place to stay at,

Perfect for our needs

We were visiting this area for a family memorial service and we needed a roomy place that could fit our extended family of 11. This house fit our needs very well. There were more than enough comfortable beds for everyone and the very open floor plan was great. The kitchen had all of the necessary tools and the entire house was very clean. I would be happy to rent this home again.

Special Olympic Volunteer Gathering

Although Special Olympics was cancelled this year, our group of volunteers enjoyed getting together. The house is perfect for a large group! We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Such a beautiful home and location ❤️

We had such an amazing time! So much room for our group to gather! Lots of places to sleep, and the location to the ski hill was awesome! The view out the back windows is the best! You can see the ski hill at night, and the sunset between the trees is breathtaking. The property is also fun to explore with two 4 year olds! The communication between us and the host was also excellent! We will definitely stay here again!

Lots of space for a group of 13

Property was as advertised except for the large gas grill which was not longer operable (although there was an adequate charcoal substitute). I and a couple of my family members did note the lack of bedside tables and lighting. The several spacious common areas allowed those with different leisure interests or even brief employment obligations to have the necessary quiet and privacy.

Beautiful scenic property

Such a beautiful house with a lovely scenic view in the backyard and a creek at the bottom which is easily accessible by steps. This property had everything we needed and more and was a great location, close to Torch Lake and other lovely lakes, owner was very respinsive...love the feature of no key needed and kids had a blast on ping pong table. Will definitely book again

Perfect Winter Weekend

This spacious house accommodated three families for a ski weekend. Close to the slopes and downtown. We enjoyed cooking, relaxing by the fireplace, the kids had fun playing and having their own space. Definitely would stay again.

Very beautiful and roomy

The place was beautiful and was a clean place with a gorgeous scenery. Host was easy to contact and got with us right away. If we ever decide to ski again (lol ) we would book this place again. Excellent stay and had a blast.
