Maison spacieuse avec magnifique terrain situé au coin de 140 pi de lac intermédiaire privé et un canal. Idéal pour pêcher, amarrer votre bateau, nager ou vous asseoir près du foyer et profiter de la vue. Maison de 2 200 pieds carrés avec 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain, 2 espaces de vie, garage 2 voitures et toutes les commodités nécessaires. La location comprend l'utilisation d'un canot, de deux kayaks et de deux planches à pagaie pendant votre séjour, donc pas besoin de location supplémentaire. La maison est située près du lac Torch, du ski et du golf de Shanty Creek, de l'île Mackinac, de la péninsule de Leelanau, de la brasserie Shorts, de Traverse City et de Sleeping Bear Dunes.

We used all 11 beds with no complains from anyone. 6 adults & 7 kids. Took advantage of 2 washers & dryers to keep up with clean towels. Exceptional kitchen supplies, pizza oven, & grill. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. Kids used kayaks & wave board. Wonderful views of water & wildlife. Tile floor easy to maintain. Good TV access & wifi. Very happy with our stay.

Excellent Vacation Rental

The property was perfect for my family of 14. We had 9 adults and 5 children ranging from 7 months to 14 yo, there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the lake and the outdoor space was beautiful. Lots of lawn games supplied along with paddle boards and kayaks for enjoying the water. Would definitely rent again.

Very well stocked!

The Kitchen was very well equipped! We cooked a lot and everything was there. The property is AMAZING and excellent for Yard Games! Deck and Firepit areas have lots of furniture. Updated Baths a huge plus too! We loved it and would rent again!

Family Vacation

What an amazing rental property. The house was emaculent and wells stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. We swam, fished, kayaked paddleboard, played yard games and enjoy nights by the fire. We are a family of three grown kids, spouses and 6 grandkids from ages of 3 months to 6 years old. All had a great time.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We were just up at Tim & Holly's beautiful home in Bellaire with the family and could not have asked for a more wonderful and spacious home for us to get together! The house is beautifully decorated and had everything that you could need to have a great time! We play lots of yard games and they have a tremendous yard to do that. Tim was very quick to respond with any questions that we had. Great home and great hosts!!! Duane & Lisa

Family gathering

This was a wonderful home away from home for a family to spend quality time together. It had beautiful rustic decor and one of a kind artistic touches throughout. The pictures don’t do it justice! We had morning coffee on the deck watching the mist wake up the day and spent each evening around the fire pit. The kitchen items were extremely well stocked to to facilitate a large group and everything we needed to cook family dinners. Truly a great place to bring a large family together. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Checking in and out was very easy. We would definitely stay again in this beautiful setting.

Great place on Intermediate Lake

This is our second year staying here and we loved it just like last year. It's a little more secluded on this end of the lake which we really like. It's quiet and peaceful and if we want to take our wave runner where there's more action on the lake then we head north. My husband and kids loved fishing on the canal. Everyone caught some fish so it was exciting for all of them. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The dishwasher and washer and dryer are a huge plus for me . The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need and then some. We also like that it's within minutes of driving downtown. My husband and I actually walked one day downtown and rode our bikes a couple of other days to Ruthann's Gourmet Bakery for a bagel and coffee.

Impressive lake house. It was perfect for our 3 generation family of 12. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. House was spotless.Beautiful view of the lake. This is a fantastic cottage for large groups or just your family. We had 3 families, a total of 11 people, all over 21yrs and there was plenty of room. We had a family wedding in East Jordan with parties in Charlevoix and wine tasting in Traverse City and it was fairly close to everything we needed. There are great trailheads close by for daily morning hikes and with the paddle boards and kayaks at the house we spent a lot of time on the water. The house is well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. Although it doesn’t have central air the units they have worked well and we were always comfortable. Overall we all were very happy and have already encouraged friends to try and rent this house.

Our vacation was great. This house has so much included. The kitchen was stocked with everything imagineable for preparing a meal but food.The adults loved the out door pizza oven. The canoe and kayaks where a hit. The garage was a life saver for the kids on a rainy days. The amount of indoor toys and outdoor toys was amazing. The green space was large for playing. The firepit area has plenty of seats,Firewood included. The lake has sand bars. It's nice and shallow around the house. We enjoyed watching the swans. The host responded very fast.

I am a Registered Nurse and my husband Tim is a Mechanical Engineer. We have four beautiful children ages 6, 15, 17, and 19. We bought this home to make memories that will last a lifetime with our children. It has been a dream come true.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property is as peaceful as they come. I truly believe this is one of the best locations on the lake. Out of the front window you see pristine unobstructed views. The south side of the property is situated on the canal for boat hookup, fishing, or enjoying the water. The north side of the property is a wooded parcel. It does not get any more private than this! There is an island out front, great for taking the kayak on an adventure.
Most of the property at the lower end of the lake is naturally wooded, therefore there are very few properties in the view. You can often see eagles flying on this end of the lake, as well as loons, geese, ducks and swans. There are pristine views of the island in the center of the lake. The water is warm and calm, great for skiing, tubing, and water sports. One of the best parts if you have children who enjoy being towed in a tube or skiing, there is very low boat traffic. It is a safe location making this experience fun and low stress.
We have an open area on the front lawn for yard games. Games that are provided include corn hole, ladder ball, bocce ball, yard Yahtzee, yard Jenga, yard Dominoes, and several others. For rainy days there are plenty of board games inside the house.
We bought this home to watch our 4 children grow up and make memories for them to enjoy for a lifetime. We hope you will share those same memories with your friends and family.
The location is awesome, close to Leelanau Peninsula, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Mackinac Island, Traverse City, and many more great places to tour.
