Lakefront Luxury Townhome at Beacon Landing Townhomes and Marina Unit 5

Luxury Lake Front three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome at Beacon Landing Marina. The townhome offers three levels with all overlooking Lake Granby. The top level is a private master bedroom (king bed) with a fireplace and oversize Whirlpool bathtub. The second level is the kitchen, dining area, living area with Tv, DVD, CD player, surround sound system and gas grill on the deck. The first level has two private bedrooms (queen beds) with a full bath.

Lake Granby offers excellent Trout fishing and Beacon landing has a full tackle shop with boat rental, slip rental, and guided fishing trips.


Lake Granby is the second largest body of water in Colorado. There are three lakes linked together in Grand Lake. Lake Granby, Shadow Mountian Lake and Grand Lake. Lake Granby is by far the largest of the three lakes. Beacon Landing Marina is on site and you can rent boats, hire a fishing guide, and/or buy any fishing equipment needed to fish year round. For more details visit the Beacon Landing Marina website. The views of the lake and the mountains from all three levels is breathtaking. We find our home one of the most relaxing places we have ever been.

The best house and the best hostess! The house has everytbing you could possibly need and is so clean and well maintained. The hostess personally sends messages before arival and was literally only a phone call away. She was so very kind and helpful. The house is beautiful, in a perfect location for all of the fun things to do!

Great “base camp”

We enjoyed the stay. The condo was perfect for us, and allowed us to explore most of north-central CO. Hiking, fishing, kayaking, biking, wildlife viewing - all very accessible.

Ice fishing trip

Location was perfect for the lake. Host communicated great with us the whole time we were there. The place was very clean and had everything you possible could need while staying there.

This property is outstanding. It has everything you could want or need. Location cannot be beat. The owners are fantastic, and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. I would recomend this place to anyone that wants to get away and relax in a beautiful place.

Quiet location with beautiful view. Home is outfitted with quality appliances and kitchen tools. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a nice lakeside vacay. Close to fun activities, restaurants, and shopping. Easy checkin and checkout. Would visit again!

Great location right on the lake

Loved this townhome! It was right at the marina making it easy to rent a boat, go into Grand Lake, or just relax on one of 3 decks. The water and mountain views were gorgeous. The home was just as described, very nice with great amenities. Got some exercise navigating the stairs but loved having space and views on 3 stories! We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful views, direct water access, and cozy beds. What more could you ask for!!?? Just a stunning spot. Enough removed from town to enjoy the serenity; but close enough to shop and dine without a long drive. Having the marina so close was great! Literally walk out the door and onto the boat!

Highly recommend this condo. Great host, easy to get in touch with any questions you have. The condo is very clean and inviting.Comes very well stocked. We just needed to buy a few groceries. Has A great location. The views are breathtaking of Lake Granby and of course the Rocky Mountains. A great place to come to unwind and set your own pace. She has all kinds of books and maps of some activities you can do. She has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable enjoyable as possible. The people are so kind. I also recommend booking a fishing excersion at the marina. By far the best place and destination we have been to.

Beacon Landing

Deborah was an awesome host and very accommodating with an early check in. She had most items we needed for our stay. Our kids loved the fishing accommodations and made quick friends with Gary at the marina shop, he is awesome if you ever get a chance to visit him! The location is only a 10 minute drive from downtown Grand Lake. The only thing that is out of Deborah’s control is the noise from the Marina very early in the morning and it is very busy right out back especially on the weekends. The picture looking at the water in the listing does not show the current boat/marina buildings on the water that are currently there now.

Wonderful Experience

We had such a nice time staying at this beautiful townhouse on Lake Granby. It is even nicer than the pictures show. It was fun watching the activities at the Marina....fishermen and families going out on boats. Marina busiest on weekends.The beautiful mountains from every floor. Lovely decks. We hope to come back next summer.

Grand County is a wonderful area with a true mountain town feel. We love the peace and quiteness of this area. We like the historic feel to the community. The historic town of Grand Lake has been able to keep its character and charm. Lovely place to visit over and over again. The lakes are breathtaking nestled around the mountains. Rocky mountain national park is a wonderful place to take your family. The programs they offer to the children and adults are wonderful, not to mention the animals you get to watch. If you are looking for a place to spend some quality time with your family and friends this is the place to be.
