Lakefront Luxury Townhome at Beacon Landing Townhomes and Marina Unit 5

Luxury Lake Front three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome at Beacon Landing Marina. The townhome offers three levels with all overlooking Lake Granby. The top level is a private master bedroom (king bed) with a fireplace and oversize Whirlpool bathtub. The second level is the kitchen, dining area, living area with Tv, DVD, CD player, surround sound system and gas grill on the deck. The first level has two private bedrooms (queen beds) with a full bath.

Lake Granby offers excellent Trout fishing and Beacon landing has a full tackle shop with boat rental, slip rental, and guided fishing trips.


Lake Granby is the second largest body of water in Colorado. There are three lakes linked together in Grand Lake. Lake Granby, Shadow Mountian Lake and Grand Lake. Lake Granby is by far the largest of the three lakes. Beacon Landing Marina is on site and you can rent boats, hire a fishing guide, and/or buy any fishing equipment needed to fish year round. For more details visit the Beacon Landing Marina website. The views of the lake and the mountains from all three levels is breathtaking. We find our home one of the most relaxing places we have ever been.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please make sure all sliding doors are closed and locked. Lock front door and return key to lockbox. Verify the grill is turned off after each use. Close all windows.
Marina is not available to anyone renting a condo. You must ask in the Marina office if you can rent a boat. Docks are off limits Ask what areas you can swim and fish.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We ask that all guest be respectful and have quit time no later than 10:00pm.
Marina is not available to guests. The rules are posted in the guest book. You must go to the Marina office for any access.

Beautiful property host was amazing answered any questions person needed.Beautiful views well stocked property with everything you need comfortable beds not far from town.Would definitely visit again renting the pontoon boats out in the back at the marina was awesome amazing views on the lake, Even though the water is low there still enough water to enjoy the lake.

We had a lovely stay at the Beacon Landing Mareena condos. The condo is beautiful, well-maintained, and pictures do not do it justice of how big it is with three full floors of living and sleeping space. We were extremely comfortable with three groups of adults and had a wonderful long weekend. Stay for a wedding in Grand Lake. We even rented a boat from the Beacon Landing Mareena to takeout on the lake during our stay, which was a highlight of the trip. Thank you so much to the host for a lovely stay.

This condo is amazing! Check in was a breeze and Deborah reached out to ask if we had any questions. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. There’s lots of space to prepare any meals you want. The view of the lake is gorgeous and the hummingbirds were very entertaining. It was nice to be somewhere that provided tv channels, (so many rentals don’t anymore). The bedrooms and bathrooms had everything you could need. It was convenient to be between Grand Lake and Granby with both being just 15 minutes drive. Thanks Deborah! We would definitely stay here again.

The best house and the best hostess! The house has everytbing you could possibly need and is so clean and well maintained. The hostess personally sends messages before arival and was literally only a phone call away. She was so very kind and helpful. The house is beautiful, in a perfect location for all of the fun things to do!

Brown's Family Vacation.

Great location right on the lake

Loved this townhome! It was right at the marina making it easy to rent a boat, go into Grand Lake, or just relax on one of 3 decks. The water and mountain views were gorgeous. The home was just as described, very nice with great amenities. Got some exercise navigating the stairs but loved having space and views on 3 stories! We hope to come back soon!

Rocky Mountain High

Beautiful views, direct water access, and cozy beds. What more could you ask for!!?? Just a stunning spot. Enough removed from town to enjoy the serenity; but close enough to shop and dine without a long drive. Having the marina so close was great! Literally walk out the door and onto the boat!

Grand County is a wonderful area with a true mountain town feel. We love the peace and quiteness of this area. We like the historic feel to the community. The historic town of Grand Lake has been able to keep its character and charm. Lovely place to visit over and over again. The lakes are breathtaking nestled around the mountains. Rocky mountain national park is a wonderful place to take your family. The programs they offer to the children and adults are wonderful, not to mention the animals you get to watch. If you are looking for a place to spend some quality time with your family and friends this is the place to be.
