Grand County is a wonderful area with a true mountain town feel. We love the peace and quiteness of this area. We like the historic feel to the community. The historic town of Grand Lake has been able to keep its character and charm. Lovely place to visit over and over again. The lakes are breathtaking nestled around the mountains. Rocky mountain national park is a wonderful place to take your family. The programs they offer to the children and adults are wonderful, not to mention the animals you get to watch. If you are looking for a place to spend some quality time with your family and friends this is the place to be.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

- We hope you enjoy your stay with us and ask that you treat our home as it was yours. Any questions on how to operate anything please call us. Departure, we ask that you leave our home in good order. Things to do before you depart, take trash out (dumpster in back), run dish washer, make sure all doors are locked including all sliding glass doors, turn all temperature controls down to 60 degrees (one on ea level), and tidy up. Your damage deposit will be returned if we do not find any damage and the home is left is good condition. In the event the home is left in unreasonable condition (messy) we will keep part or all of the deposit to cover additional cleaning fees. Thank you and have a safe trip home.
