Lujo Frente al lago de tres dormitorios, dos y medio baño casa de pueblo en Beacon Landing Marina. La casa de pueblo ofrece tres niveles con todo con vistas al lago Granby. El nivel superior es un dormitorio principal privado (cama de matrimonio) con chimenea y gran tamaño bañera de hidromasaje. El segundo nivel se encuentra la cocina, comedor, sala de estar con TV, DVD, reproductor de CD, sistema de sonido y parrilla de gas envolvente en la cubierta. El primer nivel cuenta con dos habitaciones privadas (camas de matrimonio) con un baño completo.

Lago Granby ofrece una excelente pesca de la trucha y Beacon de aterrizaje tiene una tienda frente completo con alquiler de embarcaciones, alquiler de deslizamiento, y excursiones de pesca guiadas.


Lago Granby es el segundo mayor cuerpo de agua en Colorado. Hay tres lagos unidos entre sí en Grand Lake. Lago Granby, Sombra Mountian Lago y el Gran Lago. Lago Granby es por lejos el más grande de los tres lagos. Beacon Landing Marina está en el sitio y se puede alquilar botes, contratar a un guía de pesca, y / o comprar cualquier equipo de pesca necesario para pescar durante todo el año. This is a very nice townhome in a quiet location right on Lake Granby. The kitchen is large and the best stocked with pantry goods I have ever seen. The view of the lake from the balcony decks is beautiful. The primary bedroom suite on the third floor was very nice and the bed was comfy. The home does not have AC like most mountain homes. It was a little stuffy at first but once we opened windows and doors and let the fresh air flow through it was fine. Drapes or blinds in the primary bedroom would be nice so you aren’t waking up at sunrise. But it was not a dealbreaker for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Highly recommend this condo. Great host, easy to get in touch with any questions you have. The condo is very clean and inviting.Comes very well stocked. We just needed to buy a few groceries. Has A great location. The views are breathtaking of Lake Granby and of course the Rocky Mountains. A great place to come to unwind and set your own pace. She has all kinds of books and maps of some activities you can do. She has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable enjoyable as possible. The people are so kind. I also recommend booking a fishing excersion at the marina. By far the best place and destination we have been to.

Beacon Landing

Deborah was an awesome host and very accommodating with an early check in. She had most items we needed for our stay. Our kids loved the fishing accommodations and made quick friends with Gary at the marina shop, he is awesome if you ever get a chance to visit him! The location is only a 10 minute drive from downtown Grand Lake. The only thing that is out of Deborah’s control is the noise from the Marina very early in the morning and it is very busy right out back especially on the weekends. The picture looking at the water in the listing does not show the current boat/marina buildings on the water that are currently there now.

Great location right on the lake

Loved this townhome! It was right at the marina making it easy to rent a boat, go into Grand Lake, or just relax on one of 3 decks. The water and mountain views were gorgeous. The home was just as described, very nice with great amenities. Got some exercise navigating the stairs but loved having space and views on 3 stories! We hope to come back soon!

Quiet location with beautiful view. Home is outfitted with quality appliances and kitchen tools. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a nice lakeside vacay. Close to fun activities, restaurants, and shopping. Easy checkin and checkout. Would visit again!

Great place to stay, little noisy

This place and the host are amazing! She was so kind and checked in. The townhouse had everything you can imagine, it was so great to wake up to the lake. We went backpacking, fishing, hiking, to the hot springs, it’s located in such a great place! The only negative I have is out of control of the owner, she was simply the best. It is near a boat launch, so keeping the windows open for the nice cool air was great. However, you have a lot of vehicle noise, kids, coolers be dragged, early morning as people get on their boats. That woke us up, but we were there at 4th of July so it was probably busier than normal. The other thing is the fire pit is right outside the windows, so campfire smoke comes in when people are there and the noise, and the neighbor was smoking a cigar in his hot tub which made us close the windows and it got hot. Again, can’t avoid it and have the convenience of being close to the water.

This was not our first time staying at this home and every time it has been perfect. By far Deborah has been the best host of all of the VRBOS we’ve stayed at over the past 20 years. But this time was extra special. It was our anniversary, she left us a heartfelt handwritten card, a bottle of wine and flowers! She takes good care of her home and her guests,

Ice fishing trip

Family Reunion July 26-30, 2023

Awesome property. Deborah the owner was pleasant to interact with if we had any questions during our stay. Spacious kitchen, family room and 2 1/2 baths…very nice. 2 decks and a patio to enjoy mountain mornings and evenings…Big Plus! The wife and I tried to think of anything we didn’t like about the property and we came up snake eyes…nothing. That’s how much we liked our stay! We’re lazy coffee drinkers and only use Keurig pods. Maybe add in the kitchen description there is a Keurig machine…along with a 4-6 cup drip coffee maker. Definitely put us down for a repeat stay in the future. Thank you!

Brown's Family Vacation.

Wonderful Place

What a great townhome. The views are stunning. The home was decorated very nicely and really comfortable. I was shocked at all the sweet touches like a welcome bottle of wine. All the appliances and dishes, pots and pans are all new and very nice. Not the goodwill items that are usually found in many rentals up here. We had everything we could have needed. Thank you for giving us such a great place to stay. Can’t wait to come back

Grand County is a wonderful area with a true mountain town feel. We love the peace and quiteness of this area. We like the historic feel to the community. The historic town of Grand Lake has been able to keep its character and charm. Lovely place to visit over and over again. The lakes are breathtaking nestled around the mountains. Rocky mountain national park is a wonderful place to take your family. The programs they offer to the children and adults are wonderful, not to mention the animals you get to watch. If you are looking for a place to spend some quality time with your family and friends this is the place to be.
