Lakefront Maison de ville de luxe à Beacon Landing maisons en rangée et Marina Unité 5

Luxe Lake Front trois chambres, deux et un lotissement de bain la moitié au Beacon Landing Marina. Le townhome offre trois niveaux avec le tout donnant sur le lac Granby. Le niveau supérieur est une chambre de maître privée (lit king) avec une cheminée et une baignoire à remous surdimensionné. Le deuxième niveau est la cuisine, salle à manger, salon avec TV, DVD, lecteur de CD, système de son surround et gril à gaz sur le pont. Le premier niveau dispose de deux chambres privées (lits queen) avec une salle de bain complète.

Lac Granby offre une excellente pêche à la truite et à l'atterrissage Beacon possède un magasin de pêche complète avec location de bateaux, location de glissement, et des excursions de pêche guidées.


Lac Granby est le deuxième plus grand corps de l'eau dans le Colorado. Il ya trois lacs reliés entre eux à Grand Lake. Lac Granby, Ombre Mountian Lake et Grand Lake. Lac Granby est de loin le plus grand des trois lacs. Beacon Landing Marina est sur place et vous pourrez louer des bateaux, d'embaucher un guide de pêche, et / ou acheter un matériel de pêche nécessaire pour pêcher toute l'année. The best house and the best hostess! The house has everytbing you could possibly need and is so clean and well maintained. The hostess personally sends messages before arival and was literally only a phone call away. She was so very kind and helpful. The house is beautiful, in a perfect location for all of the fun things to do!

Great “base camp”

We enjoyed the stay. The condo was perfect for us, and allowed us to explore most of north-central CO. Hiking, fishing, kayaking, biking, wildlife viewing - all very accessible.

Great location right on the lake

Loved this townhome! It was right at the marina making it easy to rent a boat, go into Grand Lake, or just relax on one of 3 decks. The water and mountain views were gorgeous. The home was just as described, very nice with great amenities. Got some exercise navigating the stairs but loved having space and views on 3 stories! We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful views, direct water access, and cozy beds. What more could you ask for!!?? Just a stunning spot. Enough removed from town to enjoy the serenity; but close enough to shop and dine without a long drive. Having the marina so close was great! Literally walk out the door and onto the boat!

Highly recommend this condo. Great host, easy to get in touch with any questions you have. The condo is very clean and inviting.Comes very well stocked. We just needed to buy a few groceries. Has A great location. The views are breathtaking of Lake Granby and of course the Rocky Mountains. A great place to come to unwind and set your own pace. She has all kinds of books and maps of some activities you can do. She has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable enjoyable as possible. The people are so kind. I also recommend booking a fishing excersion at the marina. By far the best place and destination we have been to.

Beacon Landing

Deborah was an awesome host and very accommodating with an early check in. She had most items we needed for our stay. Our kids loved the fishing accommodations and made quick friends with Gary at the marina shop, he is awesome if you ever get a chance to visit him! The location is only a 10 minute drive from downtown Grand Lake. The only thing that is out of Deborah’s control is the noise from the Marina very early in the morning and it is very busy right out back especially on the weekends. The picture looking at the water in the listing does not show the current boat/marina buildings on the water that are currently there now.

Wonderful Experience

We had such a nice time staying at this beautiful townhouse on Lake Granby. It is even nicer than the pictures show. It was fun watching the activities at the Marina....fishermen and families going out on boats. Marina busiest on weekends.The beautiful mountains from every floor. Lovely decks. We hope to come back next summer.

Grand County is a wonderful area with a true mountain town feel. We love the peace and quiteness of this area. We like the historic feel to the community. The historic town of Grand Lake has been able to keep its character and charm. Lovely place to visit over and over again. The lakes are breathtaking nestled around the mountains. Rocky mountain national park is a wonderful place to take your family. The programs they offer to the children and adults are wonderful, not to mention the animals you get to watch. If you are looking for a place to spend some quality time with your family and friends this is the place to be.
